I had a bad experience today at the Bolton town centre shop at lunch time when 2 staff took up 2 chairs at a table sat there on their mobs, I am disabled and had my 18 month granddaughter with us too. They saw us and didn’t bat an eye lid.
I had problems on other occasions at Bolton and at the Halliwell rd, not noticing until we got home the order was wrong. I have notice it was usually on a Saturday and served by young women who maybe were part time. Carrs is our favourite shop and today motivated me to complain.

Do not buy food from here as their food production processes are unsafe & dangerous!!!!

I bought an Egg Mayonnaise Barm, expecting Egg, Mayonnaise, Butter & a Barm (Bread Roll), but to my horror after starting to consume it, I almost choked on a load pieces of Egg Shell 🤮

Clearly they currently do not have safe food processing & production methods in place!!!!

If Egg Shell is able to get into their finished product, then god knows what else is ending up in their other products?!

I am absolutely disgusted 🤢 & will be contacting Trading Standards to get them thoroughly inspected & investigated & hopefully downgraded on their food standards rating… 🤞

I bought a Carrs Pastie from the old hall hotel beer & cider festival today! It was supposed to have been meat & potato! There was absolutely no meat in mine just mashed potatoes! Shall not have any more yuk
