Really nice protein bars but given I buy from you direct, why is the best before date so poor? One pack of peanut protein bars goes out of date in 3 months and the almond one in 6! They aren’t cheap so I think you could do better. I tend to buy more to get free delivery when discount codes are available but won’t risk buying too much because the dates are poor on some items. Delivery also pretty slow.

Fave peanut butter, always has been, always will be. BUT I just tried their dark chocolate peanut butter cups and my god...unbelievable. I could eat a thousand. Literally a thousand. So delicious.

I don’t often leave reviews but I honestly think those almond butter chocolate cups are out of this world! I am OBSESSED!
I love dark chocolate and have been looking for something like this for ages!
I am flabbergasted to read all these negative reviews - Pip & Nut hopefully can find some comfort in the fact that I will be buying these nut butter cups FOREVER! 🤎

I have peanut butter everyday and this is by far the best one I have ever tried

I placed an order, received it and noticed that two of the peanut butter tubs had cuts in the lids like someone tried or even managed to open them without breaking the seal. I have also noticed that the tubs can be opened easily without breaking the seals and this worried me very much. I contacted Pip&Nut and they said it was just an accidental damage, but we all know how the tubs are packed so such a clear cut would have been impossible to appear just by accident. They offered to send me replacements which they did but after many weeks and when they finally arrived, one of the tubs was very damaged with the seal and lid broken and covered in peanut butter. I would have liked to be able to attach photos to support my account. I am very disappointed and I will never buy from Pip&Nut again.

I have purchased two 1KG tubs of Pip & Nut Peanut Butter (two separate occasions). Both were extremely dry with hardly any liquid inside at all, so the product sticks in the throat. The first one I thought was just a 'bad' batch but sadly the second one is the same! I was advised on socials to email them....I have twice and no one has replied. Extremely bad customer service, and I will no longer be purchasing from them. Which is a shame as I have been a customer for several years.

As part of a wider attempt to cut out as many American owned products as possible I've been looking for alternatives to my normal peanut butter purchase and came across this. I was going to buy online but the reviews seem a bit mixed but then I noticed it was for sale in my local Sainsbury's so I bought a jar.

First impressions are that it's a bit more liquid than my usual brand, but that's not an issue. The taste is extremely good and it spreads well on toast so I've bought a few more jars in case the supermarket stops selling it and if they do I'll order it online.

Arrived damaged!! Very poorly packaged. Awaiting response but I won’t hold my breath…should have checked here before purchasing.

I have just bought 2 jars of your almond butter, I don't normally complain, but, do you know that feeling when you feel that you have been RIPPED OFF. I would like to know where are the almonds, both jars contain an OILY GOO, with SALT at doesn't spread because the GOO runs off the toast, without salt I don't think I would be able to taste anything. It's supposed to be a healthy spread what's SALT doing in it.

Really love this peanut butter, we started using it when it was on offer at my local supermarket but when the offer finished I couldn't justify the price as I was getting through so much of it.

The butter is a bit looser than most peanut butters when warm but it's fine when it's been in the fridge for a while. It can be used as a spread and is perfect for smoothies or to add to porridge etc.

It does separate a bit so a good stirring before first use may be needed.

A hair was embedded in my apple and cinnamon stuffed oat bar.

I have been enjoying the peanut butter cups for a while now. As someone who cannot consume dairy or soy, my options are limited when it comes to the sweet treat world, especially chocolate based.

I recently placed a larger order so I could try their chocolate hazelnut butter - again something I have struggled to find I can eat (and that isn't mostly made of cane sugar!)
Sadly my order was returned to sender by Royal Mail as they didn't recognise my address.
This is not the fault of the retailer I know, so I messaged them asking if I could assist in a resend at all - such as offering more specific delivery instructions or a safeplace.

Well - they resent my order with express shipping needing nothing more from me, and included a free gift of their new protein bar!

They have two very important things that determine my choice in buying regularly from a brand which is:
1. a quality product that has good value for money
2. excellent customer service.

I love the product but customer service is non-existent. I'd asked for my (paid for) regular order to be delayed as I'd be away. After days of no reply I finally received a confirmation that the order would be delivered on my return. However when the new delivery date arrived I found that I was charged again. Currently I have paid twice for an order I have yet to receive and have received NO responses to my email or online contact query.

Sad to see other negative reviews of the customer service, i have long enjoyed this companies almond butter, granted it is a bit runny but this works well for my purposes, i can see how's it's not ideal for sandwiches. My review is prompted by what i thought was truly excellent customer service. I emailed a query which i won't explain as don't want people to take advantage but they actually sent me an entire tub of almond butter free and then when i let them know it had leaked slightly during shipping they actually sent me a replacement which i wasn't remotely expecting so i find it hard to believe they wouldn't resolve paying customer issues as effectively. I will definitely be giving their pb a try next as i do not like the taste of meridan and am looking for another healthy alternative to supermarket cheap butters.

I thought I would try this for a change from my usual brand. Absolute rubbish compared to my Meridian peanut butter. A few bits of crunchy nuts and the consistency is like water even after being in the fridge overnight. Would never buy again.

The PB is lovely but their customer service sucks hard. Every single time we order online they send at least 1-2 broken jars. This time they broken jars which then fell out of the box onto my kitchen floor. It took me an hour to find all the glass and clean it up. I had at that point a newborn baby. I could have done without that. I contacted them on the delivery day (Fri) and they emailed back on Mon asking for a barcode like i’d held onto the smashed jar for 3 days? They arent bright over there. They then sent replacement jars… of the wrong PB. I contacted them and got no reply. Shocking.

Took a jar of their smooth peanut butter back to Sainsburys in Jan as there was a large lump of glass in the middle of the butter which my child found while spreading it on his sandwich!!!!!. They passed the details to Pip n Nut and then Pip n Nut contacted me to apologies and asked for my details (which i had already given to Sainsbury) so they could send a replacement. Except, after giving all my details I have never heard from them since (even after chasing them) absolutely shocking customer/complaint service.

PROBABLY THE BEST NEW HEALTHY BAR THAT I TASTED IN YEARS, THE RIGHT CHEWINESS / SWEETNESS AND FRUITINESS,
I CAN'T WAIT TO BUY IT AGAIN . . .

Usually buy Meridian crunchy peanut butter which has nothing added, but thought we'd give this a go. Big mistake. Horribly salty. Pale and not much in the crunch department. Won't try again. Will have to find someone to take it off our hands 😕
