Super easy to use the chat function as well.
Lisa and Polly were super easy to work with. Customer service and support were great.
If I ever needed to get another finance deal I would use again.

Great service, poor follow up.
The customer service was great. However, I've wasted a lot of time and effort on a company that's own system has hamstrung my application. I sent over bank statements, credit reports, work contracts, drivers license details only to be told that because their bank statement reviewing system doesn't work with my bank, that they cannot progress with the application. This was a time sensitive application and through no fault of my own and having been completely transparent, this was a complete and utter waste of time. Word of warning to any TSB customers looking to apply. Approved in 4 hours with Instant Finance.
