Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 130 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the carpet tiles are top quality, reasonably priced, and very easy to install in various rooms. People also appreciate the remarkably prompt delivery and extremely helpful support throughout the entire ordering process. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected delivery delays, split shipments, or courier mistakes that occasionally caused items to arrive across multiple separate days. A few buyers noted that tracking down missing boxes or resolving shipping issues required extra communication with the customer service team to ensure everything was completed successfully.

It was easy to choose tiles online as I was able to request samples by post which arrived quickly.

The tiles are well made and precisely cut so fit together with no visible joints. Each tile has arrows on the back to ensure they are all laid in the same direction. The only minor difficulty I had was when I had to cut a couple of tiles to fit as this required a very sharp knife as the backing is extremely tough.
The tiles were laid directly on to a concrete floor and I am extremely pleased with the results.
My one criticism was the delivery as the driver left the three packs of tiles on the doorstep before ringing the bell and leaving before I could open the door. The packs are very heavy and I had lift them indoors myself. It would be helpful to know the weight in advance as this could be a significant problem if you do not live on the ground floor as I could not have carried these packs upstairs without help.

Great Service
I was recently looking to purchase a large quantity of carpet tiles and found carpet tiles next day. They had the tiles in stock and at a very competitive price. Ordering was straight forward, service was great and delivery was next day. Very happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend them.
