Oh my goodness I wish I’d read these reviews before placing my order. What a total scam. Please please stay away from this company. I placed an order weeks ago and received nothing. They send tracking numbers that are absolutely meaningless and computer generated responses to any questions. I seriously doubt I will see my order or my money back.

Awful, took a month to arrive from China via the US. Really poor quality jumper, managed to get a refund however customer service was appalling

This is a complete scam, still trying to get a refund and return label. They want me to pay to send items back to China even though the website said UK website. Quality of jumpers were absolutely atrocious, no labels although sold as cashmere, literally falling apart. Took over two weeks to arrive. Keep being fobbed off and don’t imagine I am going to see the £60 I paid. Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam company based in China, they sell cheap tat and won’t accept returns unless you ship them to china at your own cost. They advertise cashmere items but this is a lie, avoid. They are also known as Carro Moda, Caromoda and other variants to move on from bad reviews

Stay away, I wish I’d read the reviews first and so glad I bought this jumper for £26 because if I’d have paid full price for a “Cashmere jumper” (it looks nothing like the advertised picture) I’d be fuming, no labels, 100% not cashmere, absolute rip off, these websites shouldn’t be allowed to sell anything. 🤢🤮 P.S they also go by Carro Moda, Carla Moda, Carromoda.nl and Carromoda.co.uk and any other names similar to these….absolute scam artists

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Please do not purchase from this shop. Not only did my item arrived nearly a month after I bought it but it was not the right size, had no tags on and was not the colours depicted on the website. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to pay the cost and it is international shipping fees so would cost me up to £20 to return. TERRIBLE shop, don’t buy anything!

I ordered Schimmel Remover Gel on 28th Jan 2024. It is still not delivered despite I also received a (not functional) tracking link medio February. Carro Moda answered my first mail, asking me to be patient. No reply to my emails after this. I consider the money lost. It is definitely a FRAUD. STAY AWAY!!!!
