Very good service after an issue trying to pay
After an initial issue trying to pay on the website and the booking timing out whilst contacting Carlton via the chat, once I re-entered the website the booking was still there at the original price, which was the best I could find online and the payment was successful.
Everything since then, the communication via email has been first class with all the details perfectly clear and including some great offers and information about the destination.

I wish I would have come across Carlton Leisure when I started my search for our flights to the U.S. I could have saved so much time. Booked a multi city trip through skyscanner but had no way to add baggage, Scott from Carlton contacted me and was able to get the baggage for all three passengers added and sorted the flights at a really reasonable price.

Positive Experience From Mayur's Interaction.
I have been using Carlton Leisure for several years for arranging my Multi Location trips. I find they give me the most efficient options, at a very competitive price. My recent experience showed their value, as I was having problems completing the trip to my requirements. Mayur recognised the issue I had while I was on the website, and contacted me to fully explain the situation. Great communication and follow-up
Karry helped us with a complicated multi-city booking - walked us through all options (even when online airline sites found no seats availabe was able to find seats). Great communication and follow-up to insure all booked to satisfaction. Found cheaper prices than other sites & providers (inlcuding direct with airlines).
