Positive Experience From Mayur's Interaction.
I have been using Carlton Leisure for several years for arranging my Multi Location trips. I find they give me the most efficient options, at a very competitive price. My recent experience showed their value, as I was having problems completing the trip to my requirements. Mayur recognised the issue I had while I was on the website, and contacted me to fully explain the situation. In a short time he managed to complete all the requirements I needed for the trip, and added some additional value. He eased my anxiety and made me feel a valued customer.

Great communication and follow-up
Karry helped us with a complicated multi-city booking - walked us through all options (even when online airline sites found no seats availabe was able to find seats). Great communication and follow-up to insure all booked to satisfaction. Found cheaper prices than other sites & providers (inlcuding direct with airlines).

Cancelled a flight 2 months before…
Cancelled a flight 2 months before departure but they never refunded and do not reply to my emails. Paid roughley £450 for a return flight and was expecting £280 refund after deduction and they did not refund £280 either.
BEWARE everyone. I Will never use them again, save your money and book with someone else.
