Great price and quick to arrange...
...I arranged the cover in about 5 minutes and paid around £66 for an annual policy which i thought was excellent! Would recommend them because of this.

Good Policy but Payment Issues Online
I tried to pay when ordering online but it kept refusing my card. I think it is because they have an unusual way of recording address. Now had five emails - just hope I haven't been charged five times!! They were great when had a claim when used them previously.

auto renew costlier than manual
I was sent an auto renew notice for my car hire excess insurance. The cost for my full year had gone up slightly like last years did. Again, like last year, I checked out the price of a new policy and again, like last year, it was less expensive than the renewal quote with the added advantage that I could ‘delay’ the start of the policy a month or so as I’m not going away until a month after the renewal date.
Hmm. I thought that new customers were now not allowed to get better deals than loyal renewers?!?
