Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 3,731 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers find the website easy to use, with many appreciating the wide selection of companies and filters available to locate their ideal car. The platform is praised for providing detailed information about vehicles and dealers, including helpful price guidance that indicates fair deals and overpriced options. Many users highlight the efficiency of the service, receiving regular updates on available cars and finding the tool effective for judging the second-hand car market. However, some people were dissatisfied with the product and service, noting issues such as cars being sold before they could decide, or problems with vehicle conditions after purchase, including mechanical faults and missing parts. A few other people also felt that the website's filters were not always effective, leading to irrelevant notifications or automatically removed filters, and some experienced difficulties with the website's functionality or app compatibility.

I would strongly advise anyone…

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this company to proceed with extreme caution.

I purchased a vehicle from them and paid in cash, yet they refused to provide a receipt despite multiple requests. After driving just 32 miles, the engine management light came on and the vehicle began shaking, indicating a serious fault that was clearly not disclosed at the time of sale.

In addition, the vehicle was not as described. The rear bumper had significant paint peeling covering approximately 50cm by 30cm, there were no car mats supplied, and the sat nav card was missing.

Since discovering these issues, I have made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly. My calls and text messages have been ignored, and letters I have sent requesting a resolution have been returned to me on five separate occasions. Their complete refusal to engage has left me with no alternative but to commence legal proceedings through the court.

I am extremely disappointed by both the condition of the vehicle and the company's conduct after the sale. A reputable business should stand behind the vehicles it sells and communicate with its customers when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
