The chair is durable and does come with variable height options.
BUT be careful if person in chair leans too far forward as the chair
tips quite easily!! I'm npt sure of the tipping point at the lower height options. It does have tip bars to catch chair if tipped back too far.

I bought EZee Regular Size Shower Commode for my mom. I went through many websites looking and finally came to CareProdx.com and saw the most ideal shower chair at a reasonable price. I was impressed that all the parts are sturdy and not too heavy. It was relatively easy to put together when it arrived. The wheels are large enough to move freely about and the locking devices are very sturdy also. It's easy to maintain and really no fuss.
I cannot find a better shower chair than this one.

I had a problem with a product defect right out of box. I called, and talked to Jeff T, he worked on getting me a new product. The company sent out me a new one right away, no questions asked. That's probably why they have an A+ with the BBB.

Ordered the automatic door opener wireless conversion kit for a door opener that I had installed. Well it turned out by the time I received the kit the door opener (From a different company) was no longer going to work properly, so checking to return the kit it appears almost half of what I paid (40%) will be charged for something which I have not even opened the box yet. Ten or twenty percent might be acceptable, that is not. Had I noticed that hidden thing I probably would not have ordered the kit. I am sure they are good products, just not sure that it should be so costly to return an unneeded product when many companies will accept them for free.

My Dad just moved to assisted living and this chair will help him maintain some independence and extend the quality of his life.
