The swivel bath transfer bench advertised by this company was the exact item we needed to assure the safety of our disabled loved one. The staff at CareProdx.com was instrumental in helping us find the best fit for us. I plan to use them in the future. I highly recommend both the product and the company.

I bought one of their sliding shower seats for an urgent surgery situation and it was incredibly easy to assemble, has hospital grade stability, and the customer service is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this whole buying experience.

Got a pair of huge boxes to my home in less time than most Parcels

Everything went as it should. The sales lady was polite, knew her products and the product was what I expected.

Product was what expected. Delivery took to long and requires improvement.

Though the item arrived okay, it could have been packed better. I did expect mounting screws with the seat.

My first experience with CareProdx as a company. The product was shipped fast, faster than I expected. I had a contract to make a home accessible for a Veteran. His front door was a massive 8 foot steel with steel jamb. the jamb had to be cut to fit the striker plate mechanism. It was a easy install. the Device works awesome the motor operates quietly and smoothly with the remote and phone as well.

I have only had the stool for a short period but am pleased with my purchase.

Ordering was easy, product was reasonably priced. They shipped the product to the wrong address however which created some difficulties! After contacting customer service, they shipped the same product to the CORRECT address which was appreciated. However, as previously stated, it created some difficulties due to the time delay in getting the product to my brother.!

Purchased an automatic door opener for our business. Very pleased with the product and the costumer service. Would definitely recommend Care Prodx.

We ordered an item from CareProdx. The next day we received a phone call that the item was indefinitely backordered, and offering to help us find a replacement item. My husband only wanted that specific item, so he contacted the manufacturer, and learned that the item was in fact discontinued. When CareProdx called back, he relayed what he had learned. The customer rep was very apologetic, again offering to help find a replacement product. When my husband declined, they quickly and easily cancelled the order, and called back the following day to confirm that it had indeed been cancelled. So we would easily give the service department 5 stars, the deduction of 1 star being for the lack of information that my husband easily obtained. We would gladly order from them again if they offered something we needed.

Like to say the customer service Team Kelly was very exceptional.
As for the product I have not received any solution on this product. The issue with the product is that the seat part does not lock over the toilet.
Like the same product that other customer orders. Pins holds are missing for adjustment of the seat to lock and place over the toilet.
Plus the vendor for this product black mail me in the market which is not correct. I have provide pictures of the identical seat for them to see the facts that we are stating. As of today no resolution. The answer is that is the way the product is made. They did not want to go down and see my view point to show how to rectify the situation. Instead they chose the easy route to ignore the issue and not resolve. The product would be great if they modify the issue with the pins holes. It is a safety factor for our love ones... The wheels or coasters are a huge pain. The brakes are a bit difficult at well.

I ORDERED ON LINE. I WAS SURPRISED WHEN THEY CALLED ME !! UNFORTUNATLY IT WAS TO TELL ME THE ITEM WAS VERY POPULAR AND WAS ON BACK ORDER FOR 3 WEEKS. I COULD CANCEL THE ORDER OR THEY WOULD KEEP ME INFORMED. I CHOSE THE LATTER, AS I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE PHONE CALL. LOW AND BEHOLD THE ITEM CAME IN A WEEK ANYWAY...SOOOO I WOULD BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE PERSONAL CONTAC AS OPPOSED OF AN E-MAIL. GOOD JOB GUYS.

My husband is very pleased with this chair. It was easy to assemble, very sturdy, and great value.

Delivered on time and worked as advertised
