The arrangement of the installation was easy and quick! I can't thank the engineers Chris & Paul enough for their kindness to my elderly parents, they spent time making sure they knew about the product and the installation was done professionally and with great care. Thank you!

Chris the Service Engineer carried out the service on the on the disabled stairlift taking special care of the carpet and surrounding areas, very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company if you need to purchase a disabled stairlift.

They solved what turned out to be a tricky problem with kindness, persistence, a pleasant manner and could not have been better. I rarely leave reviews, but Chris (and Barry who was also at the first visit) could not have been more helpful. We had clear explanations of what they were doing and why. Chris came back twice more, having spoken to the manufacturer, to fix the over riding issue. He knew how important and reliant my husband, in particular, was on having a working and reliable lift. We had started with the company who supplied the lift, but they did not seem to have much clue or to really care and after many weeks we were no further forward. Carelift Services were genuinely concerned for our situation and had a very unusual problem sorted in less than a fortnight, including fitting replacement parts. I cannot thank them or praise them enough

A Reconditioned stairlift was fitted for my mum in September. Staff were helpful and informative, easy to talk to with no pressure or hard sell. The installers were friendly and very helpful - removing old stair rails, making good holes and repositioning grab rails. Very clean and tidy. Fitters took time to understand my mums needs and ensured that she was able to operate the lift independently without any stress. Excellent service - understanding installers - would definitely recommend.

Fitted a stairlift into my parents house and the whole experience was excellent. Great people, thoroughly professional and did a great job.

Brilliant service. Rang Liam at 7.40 am and he arrived at 8.20. He examined the chairlift and got it working within 10 minutes and did not charge for his expertise. Have used Liam several times in the past and have always found him to be extremely polite, courteous and helpful. Well done Liam, brilliant service you are a credit to your profession.

This company were so helpful kind and informative we hired a hoist for a weekend away (used own sling) and it was delivered to our lodge before we even arrived and they collected after we left .. lovely ladies thank you

When the hoist was delivered, the LOLER inspection had expired 5 days before and therefore we were unable to use the hoist. A time had to be arranged for the following morning to renew the inspection, bearing in mind that this was a holiday for adults with learning disabilities.

We used their chairlift rental services for a period of a few months and I can share that the quality of both, the chairlift and their customer service has been really good. In spite of us having to change the installation dates at really, really short notice, they acted professionally and very reasonably.

We are all really happy with their quality of their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a chairlift. Thank you, Liam and the team.

The hoist was easy to use and manoevre and met all our needs. The youtube videos and instructions were clear and helpful. We managed to pack/unpack and assemble/disassemble with a little assistance - we found the bag containing the hoist a bit of a tight fit. If it were possible for Carelift to pack/unpack that would be helpful.

My mother has dementia and poor hearing the staff were so kind explaining to her the choices she had and taking the time to include her in decisions, she wasn't overwhelmed by the way the work was carried out they were kind respectfull and very tidy.

Carelift Services> what a fantastic company. We needed a hoist so my wife could go on holiday, ringing to find availability we were spoken to by Hannah who arranged our date for collection. We paid there and then plus the return on time access/damage waiver fee. Leslie who demonstrated how it all went together and worked and made certain we could operated it properly, nothing was to much trouble. We returned our hoist as agreed and our "Return Deposit/damage fee" was paid instantly back into our account. What a pleasant company to deal with.The owner Liam who I met has created a company that puts the customer first and nothing was to much trouble for any of his team. 100% will be using again without doubt. First time we have used care lift we are very pleased with the service, the friendliness of the staff,very polite couldn't wish for a better service, this will not be the last time we use them

The installation engineers were friendly efficient and cleaned up behind their selves.

Carelift Services have been wonderful from the first time they called to complete a survey for the installation of the stairlift to the completion of the installation. Liam was very thorough and patient in taking all the necessary measurements and Chris the installer did a wonderful job. He left everything clean and tidy and was very helpful and patient in showing us how the lift worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. The stair lift itself is very easy to use and is just what my partner needs.
