once again a first class service to our chair lift

My 5srar rating is basedon my experience so far as i do not have the stairlift yet. The whole procedure to date has been easy to follow and all rhe staff have been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient including those i have spoken to at the office and Ben who came to do the survey. He took time to explain what he was doing and the various options available, patiently answering.any questions i might have. The quotation then arrived speedily but at no time did i feel rushed.

My family have used Dolphin for two stairlift now for my parents and Mother in law. They are so easy to deal with from first contact with the office to dealing with the installation. Everyone I have dealt with have been professional and friendly. Both stairlifts we had were refurbished, but they were as good as new from what I could tell. The whole process took less than two weeks from the first call, with the final installation taking around 3 hours and carried out perfectly (thank you Gary). They are a local family business and they have quite simply done what they say they do in a friendly way giving excellent value for money.

A very pleasamt young man came out last evening to fix our stairlift. Came out promptly and only took a short while to fix the problem and reassure us.

I was advised that due to my mobility a stairlift would be a great help for me to access the bathroom, I was put in touch with Dolphin Stairlifts. I'm so glad I did I found that from when I spoke to the receptionist which I found very helpful to arrange a home visit, the engineers arrived on the day agreed and started to install the stairlift, I found all of the engineers very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the installation of the stairlift, they even cleaned up after installation, I could not fault anything from start to finish.
I was also advised to go for a walk-in shower, which I had one installed, unfortunately they were no way as professional as Dolphin Stairlifts, they turned off the stairlift after telling them not to numerous times.
I called Lauren at Dolphin Stairlifts and explained everything to her, as the stairlift had stopped working, she was very understanding and said not to worry, she would help me and would send an engineer to sort my problem out, within an hour Leigh arrived and sorted out the problem, I found Leigh was very professional in his work, polite and nothing was too much trouble.
I wish to thank everybody at Dolphin Stairlifts, and if anybody is thinking of having a stairlift installed I can 100% recommend Dolphin Stairlifts

We initially chose Dolphin Stairlifts as they are local to where my father lives. We wanted someone local for ease of maintenance and callouts. What added to the experience is that they offered 3 different payment options for the stairlift.
We could either buy a new one, a refurbished one or pay monthly with an initial upfront payment. My father chose the monthly payment model as Dolphin remove the stairlift when it is no longer required.
The installation engineers were very respectful and considerate. They carefully demonstrated the stairlift to my father, who is hard of hearing.
Dad has said that the stairlift has been a godsend and allows him to stay independent. It also means we don't have to worry about him going up and down the stairs.
