Excellent service from this company.
They were very quick from 1st phone call to fixing mums stairlift.
Jamie was polite and explained everything to us, would highly recommend them, very reasonable prices too!

We had a problem with our stairlift in that it stopped working .I informed the company and their engineer had it working in an hour of the report being made .

The engineer was very professional and friendly and efficient. I have had them to service my lift and I would recommend them to anyone. The company have always gone the extra mile.

Every communication with the company has been excellent. From the initial contact with the office to the engineer, Chris, who removed the old stairlift and installed the new one. Everyone that I have spoken to have always been very friendly and attentive. On the day of the install, Chris called me in the morning to confirm his arrival time and he arrived at the time he specified. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent stairlift bought from this company. I had decided to get three quotes and this company was the last to come and see my house and assess my needs. I chose this company over the other two because they knew what they were talking about and their idea of how it should be fitted was much better than the others’ ideas especially as I have three dogs and the wires were to be neatly disguised in trunking. Liam who owns the company still goes out to fit and he didn’t attempt to give me a hard sell unlike the other people as he’s not a salesman.
The work was done in less than a week from the day I ordered it. The fitter who came took only four hours to install it and where he drilled holes, he hoovered up the dust.
I have had my stairlift for just over a fortnight and it’s wonderful. I definitely recommend this company.

Carelift Services engineers are always polite and courteous, tidy up after themselves and are understanding of the needs of the client. This time it was a routine service, booked at a convenient time for me. In the past they have responded quickly to a lift breakdown, coming out in the evening to get it fixed.
