Webpage needs improvement.
I called several times. My oral surgeon participates in the POS Dental. That is the plan I wanted to join. I was told POS was the same as 500, I hope that is correct. I would have opted for postal mail delivery of my membership paperwork. I don't think I was offered a choice. Once try I was asked for my credit card info before I selected a plan. Didn't seem right?

It’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t been emailed my membership info. I’ve called and talked to customer service, and exchanged emails 3 times. No one has helped me or given me any information.

Support team is very unhelpful
Support team is very unhelpful. I submitted 2 claims that were never processed or posted until I contacted them and was very persistent. They delayed processing because of a missing provider tax ID number although the form clearly states that it is not needed if payment is not going to the provider. Online support seems clueless and uncaring. I will cancel ASAP. I recommend avoiding this company.

It was easy and straightforward, BUT...
It was easy and straightforward. I started to give you five stars, but I did a dentist search in my area and it gave me 10 names. However, none of them were my dentist who I was told was on your list. When I did an advanced search and put his name in there, it came up but it didn't during my initial search so I gave you three stars instead of five. I did not see a button to push to go to a next page of dentists, only ten total. So that part wasn't very good on your site.
