Good chair so far very comfortable. Issue with delivery. Delivered to wrong address however that was DPD fault not CareCo but perhaps they need to use another carrier.

Genuine response and reaction
Review amended. Original review was that I am still receiving mail two years after the Careco customer passed away, despite returning mail. As per response from Careco, I have been in contact with them, and they have confirmed that the mail shot provider has previously been informed to remove this customer. I have provided photos of rhe recent mail, and Careco will be looking into it. I have complete faith that the company is not directly responsible for this issue, and will 1, resolve it, but also 2, take as many actions as needed to prvent this happening to other people. I cannot ask for more than that, and they do come across as extremely genuine and upset that this has happened.
I have chosen to leave a review up (albeit edited!), as I know that errors do happen, and in my opinion, it is how a business chooses to deal with errors that matters. And in this case, I cannot fault Careco's response. I don't want to pretend that the error didn't happen, but I do want to show how they have dealt with it, as ultimately, this is more important to me.
