A little nervous when I first started using them, but I have used them for both Uber & Carnival gift cards, $50-$500, and they have all worked perfectly!

Two attempts to buy Carnival gift cards…

Two attempts to buy Carnival gift cards denied due to fraud alerts . Both are legitimate credit cards owned by me. the gist of several days of back and forth emailing these people is that they need an alternate email and my phone # to determine if it is possible for me to buy the cards. Im not stupid enough to believe that info wont be used to spam me with emails and phone calls by whoever these people sell my information to. So far there has been no response to my email asking for reassurance that my information wouldnt be sold to others.

CardCash.com is a SCAM, don't waste your money and time!!!

I placed an order for $50 DoorDash gift card just to try to save $3.05. After the payment, I received the email with the PDF file attached which has the card number in it. I logged into my DoorDash account and try to redeem the gift card but it always shows "Unable to redeem gift card. Enter your gift card PIN again". I also called the DoorDash company's official customer service to check what's wrong with the this gift card I literally just purchased from CardCash.com a couple hours ago. (I would have called them right after but I purchased the gift card around 1am and the DoorDash's customer service wasn't avaiable until the morning). They told me that they tried to verify this gift card but this gift card is not found in their system. It's a invalid card number. CardCash.com is a scam! I'm trying to reach CardCash.com's customer service now. I have emailed them and I also called their number but unfortunately, it's the weekend now so I can't reach anyone. Let's see if they will get back to me through email as soon as possible and give me back the full refund! This is way too frustrating, and annoying. I recommend anyone who tries to save some bucks please do your best to avoid this website. Since, you most likely will waste a lot of your time and money. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!! I NEED MY FULL REFUND!!!

This is a great program

This is a great program, with getting a discount off the face value of the gift card. Helps to Dave money. You do have do to a few extra steps to get all the benefits, but worth it.

Trustworthy site

Received my payment in less than 2 days was quick and easy only thing would’ve made it better if i got a better offer for my gift card. They gave me 67% of my gift card value which is ok i guess but other than that its a legit site i did my fist sell and now im on my second i will let yall know how it goes

Update: i received my second payment in less than 12 hours ! Highly recommend this site

Great experiences with cardcash

Great experiences with cardcash, experienced multiple facets of this website and they all gave me a good experience. I sold them a physical $50 card to spafinder that I had to mail in -- was paid shortly after the company received it. I then sold them $150 in gift cards to Saks where I input the gc #s online - I was paid within minutes of entering them online. I then bought $100 in gift cards to Topgolf -- they worked great the next day, and saved me 25%. I then bought another round of $120 gift cards to Topgolf --Unfortunately these had an issue, these showed as zero at the Topgolf vendor. I filled out their form to request a refund, and I was refunded on this the next business day (the request was made on a Friday, I recieved refund on a Monday).

Quick process, great savings

To be completely fair, when I first began purchasing cruise gift cards through card cash, they were coming back rejected as potential fraud. I persisted and glad I did. After I was finally able to get a couple of lower denomination cards accepted by my bank, it was great. I have since purchased over $3k in cards in several denominations with no problem. I receive the confirmation emails within a minute or two and have immediately been able to apply the gift card balances to my booked sailings. The website allows me to quickly search and choose what I want and the check out process is very smooth. 7% savings on each gift card is great and I'll keep coming back.

I have tried to purchase Carnival…

I have tried to purchase Carnival Cruise Gift cards many times. Keeps coming up that I am potential fraud and they won't approve the transaction. I have contacted them and they can't tell me why I am flagged fraud and there is no number to call to purchase from. Would be a big customer as many people buy the Carnival Cruise Gift Cards to pay for trips with, I would have been one of them. I don't like being labeled "Fraud" and can't purchase

BAIT AND SWITCH SCHEME!

I sent multiple gift cards to CardCash under Order #3741729 after they quoted me a payout and clearly stated they would buy them. Once the cards were in their hands, everything changed. Suddenly they demanded “proof of origin” (who keeps receipts for years of gifts given to their kids and family?) and then flat-out refused to pay. Instead, they forced the cards into their shady “consignment” program — meaning I might get paid someday if a stranger buys them.

This is a textbook bait-and-switch. They promised a direct buy, accepted my cards, and then broke their word. I don’t even want the cards back — we’re moving overseas, and they’re useless to me now. I only wanted the payout I was promised.

CardCash isn’t running a fair exchange — they’re holding customers’ property hostage. I’ve already filed a BBB complaint and will continue escalating. If you value your money, avoid CardCash.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! I've used CardCash for two years but recently lost $600 worth of gift card value and the company has zero interest in helping make things right with me. I had purchased four Pottery Barn gift cards for purchase of a table, sadly when I went to purchase the table it was out of stock, so I was able to use two of the cards on something else and save the other two cards for when I had wanted another purchase with Pottery Barn. When I tried to use the cards, Pottery Barn said they'd been reported lost or stolen. I've called CardCash twice and emailed their customer service multiple times but they just keep referring back to their 45 day policy with no attempt to help me utilize the value of the gift cards I paid for. This experience showed me that to save 5% on the purchase price you might lose big and CardCash won't support you in any way.

As noted in our terms, we have a clear 45-day guarantee policy in place. Since we operate within the secondary gift card market, there is a small risk that a card may have an issue. This is exactly why the 45-day guarantee exists , to give our customers a fair window to check and use their cards.

In reviewing your order, it appears that the claim was made 115 days after the purchase date, which is well beyond the guarantee period. We do our best to communicate this policy clearly and always recommend that customers purchase gift cards only when they are ready to use them soon after.

Again, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. While we can't offer a resolution in this case due to the timing, we appreciate your understanding and thank you for being a valued customer.

On 9/21/25 I logged on to card cash…

On 9/21/25 I logged on to card cash yesterday to sell my Home Depot gift card that had a balance of $88.46 they agreed to give me a virtual prepaid balance of $75 in one to two business days. Today 9/22/25 I get an email saying we regret to inform you that we couldn’t process your order due to issues with the gift card details. So I go to Home Depot website and check my balance and my balance is zero. This is a total scam people don’t give these people you’re gift card information they will rip you off!!!!

We take this matter very seriously and have thoroughly investigated your concern.

Your order was entered into our system on 9/21, but it was not accessed until 9/22. Upon review on that date, we found that the card had no remaining balance and had already been redeemed. As a result, we canceled the order.

We also reached out to the merchant, who confirmed that there were multiple transactions made using the card — some in-store in Ohio and others online.

Since the card was not viewed in our system until 9/22 , after the funds had already been used , we recommend contacting the merchant directly or reaching out to the original source from which you received the card. They may be able to provide additional insight into the use.

Easy to Save!

I love saving money, and CardCash lets me do that easily! I find the gift card I want to purchase, purchase it, and then redeem it toward my item! I personally love buying Carnival Cruise gift cards. I have not had any issues at all with the purchase process or the redemption process, and I have already bought and redeemed ten cards!
