It is very easy to buy the gift cards and there is a wide range of options to choose from which is good. However, you don’t offer some monetary value on gift cards. For example, you only offer $25 $30 $50 on some cards. I was given a gift card worth $10 and couldn’t pick half the cards cause they didn’t offer a $10 one

Don't shop here for a quick gift card cause it is not quick at all

If you need a gift card quick than this is not the place for you they take your money and youll be waiting days to get it when you needed it at the time that you paid for it than your waiting on a refund and by the time you get your money back you don't need a gift card anymore your better of just going down to Woolworths or Coles .etc and buying one over the counter way quicker and what I had to do anyways since they took so long in processing the order. So if you think they will send you a digital gift card straight after payment think again and go elsewhere.

Great experience overall, but fee transparency could be improved

I’ve had a really positive experience with Card.Gift. The website is incredibly easy to navigate and user-friendly. The whole purchasing process took just minutes from start to finish. I bought Uber digital gift card and it arrived almost instantly and can be used immediately without any issues.

However, when I tried to purchase Visa and Mastercard gift cards, the activation fees aren’t displayed on the product page and only appear once you’ve added the card to your cart. While I understand these fees are standard for prepaid cards, it would be much better to see the total cost upfront so I can make an informed purchasing decision from the beginning.

No longer a trustworthy company

24 hours and still no gift card received. I wouldn’t buy from this doggy company.
Purchased a Pamper Gift card after receiving a promotion email from this company, saying it was supporting Breast Cancer. I think it’s appalling that card.gift advertise themselves as a charitable partner to Breast Cancer Australia when they are just cheating customers out of money under the guise of being a charitable organisation. It’s very disappointing. I have filed a complaint with the ACCC and sent them this trust pilot website link showing that gift.Card sadly do this to customers on a regular basis. 
Next I will be filing a complaint with the Financial services ombudsman in order to try and get my money back. 
And finally I feel obligated to notify Breast Cancer Australia that card.gift is using their worthy cause to take advantage of empathic customers and solicit money when card.gift isn’t delivering the gift cards that customers are purchasing. 
Very disappointed with card.gift hope this warning helps others.

I liked the idea and design of the card but purchased a 200 e gift card for a wedding gift. Said it would be processed within 1 day. Day 3 and still not processed and no one answers the phones. Very disappointing

Money taken but no digital card issued

I purchased a digital gift card two days ago and am yet to receive any email containing the card. I have emailed to chase this up and had zero response. The money was debited from my account, so the fact that the card hasn’t been issued is completely unacceptable. The digital cards are marketed as almost instantaneous but at this point it just looks like I was scammed. Do NOT use this company.

Stay away buy elsewhere

My recipient didn't receive her voucher after I purchased it and selected immediate delivery, and 24 hours later, they cancelled the order with no explanation. Will not use again and will just walk into a retailer. Total waste of time and embarrassment if you're giving a gift.

did not receive the gift card…

did not receive the gift card “straight away” as the website claimed and after 2 hours of waiting, when I called, they told me it would take 24hrs to come through while the order is reviewed to verify ID details. I asked for them to expedite it as the website said straight away and in calling confirmed the details and they advised they couldn’t do this as it’s a system process and a human isn’t involved in that process but they could put a note confirmation of details were done over the phone. 24hrs later, I received an email stating my order was cancelled due to not being able to verify the details. Whole thing was unnecessarily stressful and useless.

Purchased two gift cards almost 48 hours ago and still have not received those, and have attempted contacting customer service. I wish I had seen these reviews earlier, as I didn’t realise the company had gone so downhill. No longer a reputable company! STAY AWAY!

We used to use this company all the time for mass corporate gifting, gift cards would be delivered instantly. In recent times all my orders have been rejected and they don't inform you until 24 hours later.

I decided to give them one more chance and purchased a gift card for a birthday. Not only did the gift card not arrive on the same day, it didn't arrive within 24 hours as promised, not even within 48 hours. We missed our clients milestone and lost the money.

I have emailed card gift, called their customer service line and sat on hold for an hour before being disconnected and I messaged them on socials with no answer. I finally got an email response 32 hours later telling me that it takes 24 hours to process, clearly the team did not even bother to read my email.

It is a matter of time before this company is taken to the ACCC. You cannot advertise that you delivery gift cards instantly, this is illegal and it is false advertising.

There are far better companies out there, which is a shame because they used to be the best. Do not use!
