Avoid this company!
Avoid this company and do not fall for the special offer of a one third discount for 2 reports. If you are lucky you will get the first one but from my experience you won’t get a second despite contacting them. They ignore you then just sent you a link to pay again despite copying and pasting the link they provide. I have given up on trying to get a refund as despite paying for two can only get one. Beware of this website as customer service doesn’t exist.

I paid the £14.99 in April because it specifically stated it came with a service history. When I received the report it had everything BUT the service history. I have contacted them twice for a refund only to be ignored. Read the other reviews. I am not the only one!
Update: After trying to blame me saying I sent to the wrong email (which I did not), they then offered me half a refund and a free report. I explained I wanted a full refund, as another report was useless to me. They finally refunded me in full. While I am happy for the refund, it shouldn’t be all this hassle when the mistake was theirs. Nor should it take people leaving a bad review to get a response from this company.

Was advertised as being £9.99 for a service,so I went with it instead of AA which is more expensive. When I paid with PayPal they took £19.99 from my account.Contacted them and they said it was for 2 reports £9.99 each,misleading scam and they are based in Holland.They did refund me £5 to my PayPal though.

Don't waste your money
Website offered 2 car check offer for £9.99. when I went to pay it changed to £19.99. I paid figuring what the hell it's only a tenner. Got the report for my car which is "ok" though not detailed as stated and not accurate. Input the reg for the other car and it wanted me to pay again! No menu to access. Utterly ridiculous and useless. Avoid at all costs. These companies are just basic checks with some credit checks for finance and write off info. Where's the refund button on the website hmm?
