Most of the information provided can be found if you obtain the car's 11 digit code from its C5 and enter it into the appropriate Gov website. Getting the code is necessarily easy

You’re absolutely right — the UK Government website allows you to check MOT information quickly using the vehicle registration.
However, Carcheck provides much more than just MOT data. In addition to MOT history, we also offer service history, damage records, detailed vehicle specifications, images, stolen vehicle checks, and more

No Service History information when paid for a premium report which should include this.
Impossible to contact anyone. Please advise how I get a full refund as the service I paid for is misleading and incorrect.
