Given the nature of our products, it's challenging for us to determine the conditions under which the case has been used after purchase, since it's been quite some time it has been in your hands. Nevertheless and already communicated to you, we were happy to accept a return from you out of goodwill for further investigation, and we were happy to also offer you a full refund regardless of the outcome of the investigation. So your review of "not warrant(ing) the case" is false. It is quite disappointing that you felt the need to twist the truth, when we tried our best to cooperate with you. Even so, our refund offer still stands, and we await your confirmation of the warranty process and refund. Kind Regards.

To your destination, it may take some time, especially due to the nature of the area currently. From the tracking, there have been attempts by the airline, so not to worry, it will get to you soon. Hi Michael, Thank you for leaving your review, I am glad you enjoy the product. In regards to the rest of the review, a confirmation email was sent at 2:28AM 29/12/23, when the order was made. A shipping confirmation email was sent at 11:46PM 01/01/24, with your tracking number. Australia Post should have sent their own email via their own systems (it says here 01/01/24 11:38PM). If you did not receive these emails, please check the junk box, as this sometimes can occur. I confirmed that the email is correct based what was provided. Nevertheless, I'll forward your feedback to both our website provider and Australia Post, just incase we have missed anything. Hi Mukesh, thank you so much for your purchase and your review, we really appreciate it. As mentioned in the regular update emails sent to you, there was a slight delay as we had to do a few last minute tweaks to the case.

The Kevlar case is made to fit exactly the iPhone with laser precision. As per the other reviews, you can see the case is meant to fit extremely snug as you describe.
