The service is quick! and the crab legs are thick, with lots of meat. Very tasty. I think the seafood recipe that's included in the polybag with the receipt is a nice touch also.

This has been one of my best purchases ever. I received my 10 lbs of Halibut here in Chicago in perfectly frozen condition and each packet is conveniently cut to about a 1 lb portion. We tried the fish the next evening and it is absolutely wonderful.

Locally caught. And prepared. When we order, they tell us the delivery date. Always within 36-48 hrs. The seafood is frozen solid. The freezer paks are frozen solid.
I feel great, knowing the seafood is prepared without chemicals, and the local fisherman are supported.

I ordered King Salmon...I was expecting thick fillets.....it looked like what I got was from very small fish...not a King Salmon. I don't think I will be ordering from here again...the crab was not as large as I thought it would be either and for the price it should have been a lot bigger. I should have weighed what I bought as well. .

Crab legs are great. Ordered the brown crab legs and was upgraded to the red king crab legs. Only sucky part was FedEx are idiots and sent my west coast USA shipment to Memphis, TN, so my overnight ended up taking 2 days. But Captain Jack's packed it good with ice so they were still cold when they got here.

I have ordered from your company before and the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, this time the quality of the King Crab legs were not fresh. I did not return them because I have invited some guests of the arrival night. I called the company and one of your staff stated that he will have a manager to contact me. It have been over 2 weeks no one contact me and I have been calling and left few messages almost every day for this past 2 weeks but no luck. Looking forward to hear back from Captain Jack.
