Captain Jack's Seafood Locker has been locally owned and operated in Seward, Alaska for over 15 years. Captain Jack's started as a small packaging and shipping facility for sport-caught fish. Soon we recognized the demand for premium Alaskan fish and seafood by consumers around the United States. We began cultivating sources for the highest quality wild seafood Alaska has to offer. We work with select local fishing families who care about the quality of their wild Alaskan seafood products as much as we do.

Best crab I‘ve ever had!! However...

Best crab I‘ve ever had!!

Great for eating in groups, and family friendly. Everyone was really satisfied with their meal. However, some friends which are frequent customers complain about the recent decline in quality of some kinds of seafood, specifically those which can be bought frozen.

Anyways, I definitely recommend the place!

Our order arrived promptly.

Our order arrived promptly and well packaged; just as advertised. We have used Capt Jack's several times for on line orders as well as when in Seward fishing with Alaska saltwater Lodge and tours. We'll continue to use them in the future.

We usually get the halibut and we have…

We usually get the halibut and we have never been disappointed. The website is so easy to navigate, the service is amazing, and the fish is crazy good and versatile. We will probably branch out to other kinds of seafood from Jacks but for now, we truly enjoy the halibut.

Semi frozen fish not good. Nor any offer of compensation.

My $200 plus order of fish came late and some of the hslibut was semi defrosted. I did receive a call from Captain Jacks. I was in effect told don’t worry.

No offer of adjustment to cost of the order nor was a discount on any future order offered. I have been a loyal customer in the past. Not sure about my loyalty going forward.

Excellent Halibut!

Excellent halibut! Easy to order and it arrived on time, still frozen. We are always very happy with Captain Jack’s seafood and service.
