The engineer Capsel sent out recently was friendly, approachable and professional. The boiler was serviced and a leak diagnosed and fixed, as requested, on the same visit. No mess, no stress. I totally recommend Capsel; having now dealt with them 3 times they are my go to provider.

Replacement tank and heating system
Very pleased with the work done. They fitted around my schedule and came when promised. Fitted everything in a tight spot - not the easiest solution but cheaper and better. Good job and a fair price.

Lee and Jason of Capsel removed my ancient boiler and installed a new one in it's place. They worked incredibly hard and kept me informed about what they were doing. They were really careful to keep mess to an absolute minimum.
I'm delighted with the job they did and they were both great guys.
I thoroughly recommend Capsel. Great people. Great job.

I've been meaning to write this review for a couple of months.
I would highly recommend them! You are in safe hands with these guys! The staff were very accommodating and polite - from my initial enquiry over the phone, through to the engineer coming out to my home. He arrived on time, was really friendly and knowledgeable.
Capsel came highly recommended by lots of my friends and family members. Its great to have a local company that will go the extra mile to help you out which is also reasonably priced!

Good service, competitive prices and a thorough job undertaken. Whether the fixing of the air lock was by luck or judgement doesn't matter the problem was resolved! If you are looking for gas or plumbing work then would highly recommend Capsel.

Capsel is a really excellent company
Capsel is a really excellent company - i have been their customer for several years now having my boiler serviced and maintained expertly by their engineers. All Capsel staff are very friendly and handle questions and queries efficiently. Telephone calls are answered promptly. Call outs are treated with the urgency that they require bringing engineers to deal with the problems quickly.
Very recently i had urgent need of a specialised toilet and my enquiry has been dealt with swiftly from initial visit to the site, quotation, supply of exactly what i needed and its installation, all with constant attention to detail all through the process. A perfect result.
Capsel pay great attention to doing a very good job beautifully.
I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for good reliable workmanship.
Capsel is a company that can be relied upon to always be there for their customers when their services are required.

Outstanding Service
The work was first class and the finished job outstanding. The workers were great to get on with - plenty of tea and biscuits - and talked us through all aspects of the job. All deliveries arrived on time, as did a range of specialist worker. The bathroom and downstairs loo were completed on the exact day we were advised.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.
