Personalisation is amazing
I wantes to gift a personalized cap and found CAPS Apparel by chance but I loved the experience!

Love This Fisherman’s Beanie
I’ve seen Caps Apparel advertised on social media for a while and as a cold spell his NY in January I decided I needed another beanie primarily as an indoor bald head protector and warmer. Love the fact that the material (acrylic and wool) does not itch my follically challenged dome and the color selections offer bright vibrant colors and dark colors as well. These caps are super soft and well crafted. I choose orange naturally! Fast trackable delivery and excellent customer service. LOVE THIS BMFISHERMANS BEANIE

Capiche Caps are honestly some of the best caps on the market. I am a big fan of the advancements in packaging (the gold boxes are very handy for storing things!) and it ensures the hats are delivered in pristine condition. This is a game breaker for me as often, with other companies, my hats have been damaged in the post.
The selection is diverse enough to make it easy for a gift to picked for everyone and the occasional selections where a big and small hat can be purchased together means that I can also theme with my children.
The artwork underneath the hat always draws attention and is very good quality. I became a regular customer because it was almost like collecting Pokémon cards.
The delivery is always quick and the limited edition section is also a cool addition. It is always nice to stand out from the rest which can be difficult with most companies and clothing brands. With Capiche you can make any outfit a statement simply with your hat.
10/10 must have for any hat wearer. Whether it be Snapbacks, Trucker Hats or in between ... you will only regret not purchasing one!

Rib Knit Beanies in multiple shades
I’ve bought several Rib Knit Beanies because I wanted that model in different colors and shades. The product itself is good, but sometimes the selected color is missing or a different item is delivered instead, and you only notice this once the package arrives, so I had to contact customer service about it.
The customer service team is very professional and friendly. They replied quickly and offered a practical solution with a voucher for the full amount for the wrong beanie I received, and they even allowed me to keep the item that didn’t meet my expectations.
One last remark: there is a real issue with the color shades shown on the website compared to the actual product. The colors tend to appear darker in reality. For example, I ordered a Light Brown Rib Knit Beanie and received one in a coffee color instead. Both shades are listed on the product page for anyone who wants to check, but when I contacted customer service, they checked with the production team, who confirmed that the coffee-colored version is actually the “Light Brown” one. This really needs improvement, because what attracted me to CAPS products in the first place were the unique color shades and the models — something I haven’t found anywhere else.
