Very efficient, quick delivery and excellent service/

always friendly experience, always delivered when should be

This review is in 2 parts.
Firstly we purchased a 300kg coal bunker which arrived within 5 days and we are really pleased with it. The quality is excellent and it does exactly what it says on the tin.
The second part is we had no communications from Capper no order confirmation, we had no idea it was arriving until the delivery driver (who was brilliant) turned up on our doorstep and by pure luck my husband was at home.
So product brilliant admin not so good.

i always gave use 5stars but this time the driver was not pleasant he never spoke a word its a good job 1 of the other drivers was there helping him but the office staff will always get 5 stars because they are always very helpful and polite many thanks take care Gareth

Wood and coal delivered on time and installed in the Fuel bunker, absolutely great.

I ordered the coal on Saturday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning. It was great. I didn't expect to get it so quickly.

fuel delivered today as stated. I was telephoned prior to delivery as requested. The delivery driver Conor was very pleasant and would have no hesitation in doing business again.

I dipped my oil tank to discover I only had a few inches left in the bottom. I used the Capper website to order coal and oil. A few days later I had a phone call to tell me that one of the drivers are broken their arm and my coal would be arriving the next day, it didn't, it arrived the following day. The next day I had a phone call to tell me that my oil would be arriving late too due to a broken down tanker. In the meantime the oil ran out and I had to make numerous trips to the kerosene pump with drums to create enough head pressure to bleed the system.

Bought two jumbo bags of soft wood here, soaking wet and just pieces below the surface, pure rubbish for £65 a bag, very very disappointed, couldn’t use them. Why sell rubbish when you are charging so much for soft wood???😡

3rd email received to review my experience but haven’t received my coal yet, ordered 2 weeks ago, lack of communication from Capper Fuels is the biggest issue, no follow up from time of order, email / text / phone call you would think would be a priority to keep the customer informed. Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired

Very quick delivery. Packed well (fragile). It also helped that the postage did not increase when I ordered two items.

Please contact me and explain why 15 to 20 percentage of the coal is left in burnt?
