Very poorly packaged
Very poorly packaged. We bought a fire grate which was heavy and an ashpan which was thin metal. There was no packing just a plastic bag containing both. The ashpan cut through the plastic and the grate bent the ashpan. There should have been some cushioning to prevent both problems.
