Over 20 emails sent back and forth refused to honor a free reprint of something different
Over 20 emails sent back and forth. Refused to refund $43 for a family photo that just didn't even look like my children their features appeared changed by Ai generation. Quality terrible. Delivery long wait. Super expensive. They refused to give a refund but claimed to follow a specific link for Free REORDER. Followed directions with something completely different yet they still were going to charge me. Its clear in a screenshot I can provide if wanted. Will never do business again. The run around and repeated email and link resent to me 13 times in 3 days.

I had to trim canvas & add staples
I ordered 9 canvas prints. Overall I'm pretty happy. However, I had to trim excess canvas sticking out on a couple corners where it could be seen. The canvas corners were not folded tight like the other corners. Also, I had to add extra staples to secure the canvas that was protruding away from the wood frame. Other customers might have been unhappy but, I have the tools & patience to correct it. And, I would order from Canvasdiscount again...
