I received a Canvas print that was not cropped properly and the company failed to reprint/replace. They only offered a 30% discount. Not happy and will not use again.

I ordered a few items going on three…
I ordered a few items going on three weeks ago. One item has been in the shipping process for almost two weeks and no delivery date yet. The other two items, an 8x8 canvas and two 8x10 acrylic prints are listed as "in production" with no movement for over two weeks. Attempting help through chat was just bad. No more info was offered. Just, "production times are longer right now due to volume." Well, they are offering "Mother's Day deals" right now. How could they possibly get the items to mom on time at this rate?
My chats with "help" were cut off twice before I was done. Had to go back twice and tell the same story for no help at all. Poor experience with this company.
