The paint brushes don’t last constant use, and paint thick but when applied it streaks..but the photos I have sent in looks just like the picture👍

This website is a complete scam. I placed my order on 1/6/2026 with an expected delivery date by 1/18/2026. It's now 2/6 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER! I contacted customer support, who simply offered to "re-ship" my order (which probably doesn't even exist; they just don't want to refund money), and I requested a refund instead. I was told I would receive a response within 48hrs of last contact; it's now been 4 days, and no response, so I'm filing a dispute with my bank. Positive reviews are more than likely bots. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! It is NOT US-based like they say, it reports being "shipped" by unknown shipping companies in China, you will never receive an order. Complete scam

The overall pbn was very detailed and clearly marked.

My order arrived in a timely manner in good condition. I have yet to begin this project so I cannot comment on such things as the quality of the paint, but the canvas is defect free. I can see myself placing another order with CBN.

Had a good time doing this painting. Would recommend it to everyone.

I accidentally ordered a set my daughter already had. I tried to cancel the order, but it was too late. Then one of your reps assisted me with returning the incorrect set and obtaining a refund. I got a different set for my daughter and she loves it!

CanvasByNumbers is my go to PBN. They provided quick customer service when I accidentally ordered the wrong painting and corrected my order for me. I love the quality of the canvas and paints. They also have a great range of paintings to choose from. Their rewards program is easy and valuable.

Easy to order and regular delivery updates to the UK. Took 2 weeks right before Christmas so I think exceptional service. Would happily use again.

I love the art selection. Being able to reproduce a Monet or Van Gogh is so satisfying and I feel like I learn a lot about the artist's process whenever I do one. I like to look up the history of the original painting before I start.
The paints and canvas are also very nice. I also love that they use burgundy for the numbers, which makes it easier on the eye. The brushes they send are fine for a single use , but I use my own.
The only thing I don't like is that it takes so long for shipping. I don't receive my kits for several weeks. I'm slightly obsessed with these right now, so it seems like a really long time to wait. Also they send a sheet of number stickers for the paint and the 6 and 9 are exactly the same shape. Seems like it would be easy to create stickers with a line under the bottom of the number. Those are small complaints, though, for how much enjoyment I get from these.
I have not tried a custom creation yet, but haven't been able to find a paint by number for the Swedish Vasa ship, so may order that as a custom kit soon.

While I still haven’t had a chance to start painting these canvases, I will say that they were delivered quickly and packaged with care.

I love that you can choose how you want the canvas to be done. I like to get my canvas on a wood frame. It comes that way and I don’t have to do it myself. Also like the variety of paintings to choose from. My only complaints would be the length of time it takes to receive the paintings and maybe larger paint pots so you don’t have to BUY extra paint. It’s a great website.

The paint by numbers kits are so well put together and the quality is excellent!

When my package was lost, the company sent me a new one promptly with apologies. Fabulous customer service, and a quality product!

Very easy to order. Uploading a photo and cropping or adjusting is simple. Once shipped you get a tracking that’s pretty decent and when my wife opened the box and saw what it will be she couldn’t wait to start working on it. Good quality and frame for the money. We have given a few of these to our niece also and when they are finished they look GREAT

Frame quality is decent and it came with a lot of pins to stretch and frame my canvas fabric. Thought I put my address in properly- how the website prompted- but I was told I needed to confirm my address. It did end up showing up a small bit later than expected but it was the holiday season.

Love the new brushes that were extra! I have done 98 paint by number - call me crazy - and like your service and canvas and picture selection. I have done one by another company that had better paint - better container and paint more fluid - fyi thanks for asking. Judy
