My home is circa 440M2 & my builder advises that in a total loss situation, rebuilding would cost around $6,500 per square meter or $2.8M. When I looked at providers on your site, their quoting systems seem similar & all seem to max out at $2M cover in which case I'd worry about being significantly underinsured. So not a problem with your system per se, but I don't want to take the risk & renewed with my old insurer.
