I Have purchesed a few times from this store and it has been easy quick and convenient. Im really disappointed however as I placed an order on the 9th of April and still waiting for an email, phone call anything! I have contacted their store every day and left a message, sent several emails to them and I even rang the barber next door to hand deliver my contact details. SO RUDE NOT TO RESPOND. Afterpay is dealing with them as they had the hide to take my first payment. Could be going down the girgler, not sure.

Ive been waiting since 28/2 when I placed my order to receive my 2 items that cost over $500, ive sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls no response. I will never purchase from this Company again, the service is non existent

This was a surprise
This was a surprise: tracking update was stuck on Pending, but was delivered super quick! Very potent Sandlewood candles - they smell absolutely superb, and the small Smoky Woods one isn't bad either. Classy candles of distinction. Have to be seen in real life to be appreciated, because they are better out of the box than they appear online. These are not tacky, economy candles, they are the real deal. Service great - responded with updates super quick and delivered unbelievably quick considering out of state, probably via plane from the speed of delivery. 5 stars all round!
