Great RV experience
The check in process was quite easy the size of our RV was perfect for 2 people and we could park it in a normal parking spot

Camper category Saver4
The handover of the camper worked without any problems. Surprising was the concept that you have to pay extra for a camper handover in the morning. This was not pointed out in advance. The staff was friendly and professional. The storage of glasses and plates within the campers cabinets was not optimal and led to the need to stuff the cupboards with cloths while driving to prevent damage. Also surprising is the fact that the awning is fixed and cannot be opened. We would only recommend the "Category Saver4" offer if the smallest model is really an option.

Mandatory touring
I believe for safety and all other reasons, having a guid for 30 minutes inside the machine must be mandatory.
Also it would be great to able to drop off the RV in night before 8 am.

Overall the best vacation ever.
Overall the best vacation ever.
Very nice and friendly people at Canadream!!!
RV review:
Very cool
- Slide out
- Fridge size and function
- big freezer with very good freezing capability
- fresh water tank size
- Main bed comfort
- Toilet emptying system with attached hose
Good
- bathroom sink outside shower/toilet
- cabinet/closet (but not enough hanger)
- spray nozzle of kitchen sink tap
- space of external compartments
- fan works very well
- very good explanation
- black water capacity
Not so good
- internal seating area not so comfortable (very straight up and surface slippery/sweaty)
- some steering play
- vehicle too heavy for it's function, compare European campers
- therefore very high fuel consumption (crazy big engine)
- no central lock on rear door
- keys are all bound together (to open an outer compartment the engines needs to be turned of because of the key)
Needs improvement
- solar panel did not work (according to front desk not a promised functionality, no refunding)
- Battery capacity too small, fridge runs on battery and is alarming at night, when arrival is in the afternoon (approx 3pm)
- more hooks needed for kitchen towels and hand towels at wash basin
- 2 of 3 rented chairs very uncomfortable
- Closures of the outer compartments of camper van not easy to lock, not so good quality
- indicators of fresh, grey and black water tanks very unreliable
- Camper door does not close well and is hard to open
Overall it served us very well and we enjoyed the time. I would recommend to rent the RV again.

Check in and drop off was a smooth process. Pricey but comparable with the other RV rental companies. Motorhome was easy to operate. We had a great time.

Great camper, Great support, Unforgettable Journey
We had a wonderful experience with CanaDream during our almost four-month trip through Canada and Alaska.
We travelled around 15,500 km with a modern truck camper, including the Yukon, Dempster Highway, Tuktoyaktuk, Alaska and the Canadian Rockies. The vehicle and camper were comfortable, reliable and perfectly suited for such a long journey.
We especially appreciated the friendly and professional support from the CanaDream team. A particular highlight was the excellent help we received when we needed to change our tires in Dawson City – the support was quick, helpful and made a real difference during our trip.
We also appreciated the flexibility with our earlier return in Vancouver.
Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely rent with CanaDream again.

It was so nice having a new
It was so nice having a new, clean RV to use for 3 weeks with our family of 6, driving down the coast to California and to Disneyland! It was truly a dream come true! We had everything we needed in the motorhome and there was lots of space for us to spread out, eat, sit down and relax, and sleep. Lots of storage and very easy to drive and maneuver. It was comfortable and such a pleasure to stay in for our long road trip!
If I had any suggestions or critiques, it would be that I wish there was an oven, and we could use the awning. That would have been very helpful and useful! I had to cook my homemade lasagne partly over the stove and then in the microwave. And we had to buy a canopy to provide us with shade. But other than that, everything worked great! I really appreciated the large fridge and freezer and all the storage compartments! We had more than enough space to pack all our food and supplies and belongings!

Good experience with CanaDream
Everything between the check-in and the check-out was fine. We had a great time on our roundtrip through British Columbia with your Camper.

SCV in Vancouver for honeymoon August 2026
Picked up a SCV in Vancouver for 15 nights touring around BC and into Alberta.
To be honest Western Canada is so amazing we still would have had a 5 star experience driving in a tuk-tuk!
The SVC although having done 78000 kilometres was getting tired...leaking sink tap, tired/worn trim and woodwork split and damaged but I guess that's just a hard working hire fleet for you.
Bed was excellent, very comfortable, combination oven was confusing, shower hot and toilet was good, all in all it was a great solution to touring beautiful Canada (although we did have a look inside a Frazer rentals RV and that was considerably more upmarket and swish! - but I expect more expensive to rent?)
The power unit was typically Ford (most RV's had Ford power - no power from it's asthmatic V8, all noise but not much "go", no luxury, poor brakes, dreadful vague steering, wobbly suspension and poor plastic interior - that's nothing to do with Canadream, that's just a typical North American Ford thing.
As a European driver it was looking back to the types of vehicles we drove back in the 1970's...I guess it'll be a few decades before Ford catch up.
An amazing holiday spent in amazing Canada, talking to amazing Canadians looking at amazing wildlife and the countryside driving round in a nice RV.
Canadream pick-up and hand back was very well done. Fantastic holiday.
Can't ask for anything more.
We're definitely planning to return (and maybe checking out the prices of a Frazer RV just for some luxury).

MICE ONBOARD WAS THE...
TENHO TODAS AS FOTOS E COMPROVANTES! ENVIO PRA VOCÊ SE QUISER.
NÃO ALUGUE COM ESSA EMPRESA!
The vehicle was dirty, the backup camera was disabled, the rear bed was broken, and the front bed cushions were too big for the bed frame (making it impossible to use); the generator was broken, the RV batteries wouldn't hold a charge, and the generator didn't work to recharge them.
Result: we had to throw away the meat we had bought for a barbecue.
Excessive play in the steering almost caused an accident on a day with crosswinds.
To top it all off—A RAT ON BOARD!
I had to spend two nights at a very expensive hotel in Banff because the smell of urine was unbearable and I needed to try to catch the animal with a trap.
We eventually caught it, but we had to throw out all the food stored in the cabinets and drawers, and wash every single plate, pot, utensil, piece of bedding, etc.
I requested a refund for the two nights, but they replied saying they would refund US$300, even though it actually cost me US$1,500.
I HAVE ALL THE PHOTOS AND RECEIPTS! I CAN SEND THEM TO YOU IF YOU LIKE.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
