Seemed expensive but also extremely efficient and organised with a nice new campervan so you get what you pay for. All in all very happy.

Be careful with this company. They will get you to book a RV and then downgrade you to a smaller RV at pickup, SAME PRICE!

Have Canadian friend who told me this is their standard SCAM. They do it all the time, call them and check before pickup.

Can't believe I got caught out. On trip now. Booked biggest RV they had, double slide out cabin, walk around bed, main reason I booked that model....On checkin, downgrade to smaller RV, no slide outs, same price!

"oh the RV you had booked was in an accident yesterday"

Yeah right!

TOTAL SCAM!!

What a joke of a response. And not surprised.

I paid over $5000 for the RV we have been planning for last 12 months.

Canadream offer for downgrading us to a smaller RV? $25!!

I don't care about the money. I wanted the RV we booked with slid outs and walk around bed or at least let us know in advance so we could have booked with one of your competitors.

Not be told on arrival "that's what we have for you, take it or leave".

The camper van was squeaky clean and in tip-top condition. Their customer service was also fantastic. The staff were very respectful and helpful at every step. I had a minor incident during the trip which the company handled very professionally and fairly. Can’t wait to go back for another adventure in this beautiful country.

We hired a SCV type RV for 24 days. The pick up was easy and we were on our way within an hour. The RV was clean and all hired linen and kitchen packs were complete.
Everything worked along the way (couldn’t work the TV but didn’t need to watch it) and we felt comfortable living in the RV.
The only minor irritation was that the kitchen cupboards didn’t have a lip on the shelves. Care was required when opening the doors as things in the cupboard shifted around during travel and could fall out. Conversely, the little bathroom cupboard did have a lip so everything stayed put, even when the door opened during travel on a corrugated road.
Also, it would have been good to have more than two knives, forks, cups, plates etc and the small vial of dishwashing liquid. We did need to purchase clingwrap, oil, salt and pepper, dishcloths and dishwashing liquid. It would have been thoughtful to have these items provided.
It was easy to clean out grey water and black water tanks.
After adjusting to the wider size of the RV (and driving on the other side of the road), it was a smooth ride. I would recommend googling ahead of time where to park in down town areas as not all towns have parking for RV’s or are a tight squeeze - forward planning helped reduce the stress for us!
It was great to be able to get somewhere, park and walk through to the back to make lunch, use the washroom or get changed into hiking gear. Everything was right there and my husband once had a snooze while I went sight seeing. We loved unpacking once and being able to travel practically anywhere!
Drop off was easy too and Canadream arranged our taxi before we were on our way to our next adventure!

The Rental was fantastic, all things what we have ordered, was realise. The staff was very friendly and the preparation brillant. Thank you very much to give us a good start in our vacation.

Vehicle was fine, customer support could have been better.

The handover of our pick up truck camper was the worst ever. The person, who explained the car to us did knew nothing of the RV. I knew more than he.
Wetter had problems with the electricity. At the end of the vacation staying somewhere without power was impossible.
The person, who returned the rv pas very very good. You need more of them.

Overall a very good experience.

We arrived a day early because I made a booking mistake. The lady at the desk was not friendly at all. The next day we were helped by a man and he was very friendly and helpfull. Camper was great, although one usb-c was broken at the dashboard

This was our sixth trip with CanaDream RV. Unfortunately, this time we had a very old vehicle. Previously, hotel pickup and transfer to the airport were included. We missed that.

A Great machine makes an holiday special

Everything was in time. Means pick up and drop off service. The drop off process was also very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The booking process was in corporation with the Camperoase in germany and in german speach. That made everything for uns a little bit easier. One point we have to say. In one of our R.V.s was the linen kit and the towels missing and we did not check it at the pick up time. We shared everything with our second R.V. and used the things that we had from home. The message that we can buy something reached us a little bit late, because on the icefield Highway is no Walmart an no cell Phone...
But our adventure with the R.V.s was great and we had a lot of space in our large saver 6. The second was an saver 4.

Excellent instructions and explanation and tour of the RV ….answered all our questions satisfactorily . Our friends had their RV lock with the keys inside , and when the company were contacted , they had someone there promptly to rectify the problem

I had a fantastic experience with CanaDream during my trip through Canada.

The camper was in excellent condition, very well equipped, comfortable, clean, and reliable throughout the entire journey. It gave me the freedom to explore Canada exactly the way I wanted and made the whole trip incredibly enjoyable.

The booking process, vehicle handover, and overall organization were smooth and professional, and I always had the feeling that everything was well prepared.

I was especially impressed by the overall quality of the vehicle and the level of service provided by CanaDream. The camper was a perfect travel companion for a long road trip and made it easy to enjoy both the remote landscapes and the longer driving distances.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would absolutely choose CanaDream again for another trip through Canada.

Great smooth service, we were given all the information we needed, RV was great as well.

This was my first time renting an RV, and I quickly realized there’s a learning curve—driving a 33-foot-long vehicle is more challenging than I expected. I made a few mistakes, but thankfully, my friends and I also had a van to explore local neighbourhoods here in Canada. Joel from Canadream was incredibly helpful throughout the process. If you're considering renting an RV, I recommend doing plenty of research beforehand and giving yourself some time. Despite some challenges, everything worked out in the end. Thanks again to Joel in Vancouver and the managing team in Calgary!

First, returning the RV after a month on tour was wonderfully simple. There were only uncertainties about the pre-booked kilometers. The RV was perfectly sized for two people and, after buying the usual packages, also well equipped. I missed an axe and, of course, the use of the awning.
