Everything was very professional and positive. There were no problems whatsoever. The campervan was almost new (registered in 2026) and in good condition. The only downside is that the pick-up po... See more

Great company, great people, and a great RV! We spent 11 wonderful days as a family travelling through Québec. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Thanks a lot, CanaDream!

All went well except the end - no feeling of trust
We had overall a good experience with the motorhome. No major issue, the vehicule is powerful and was modern and well equipped (We had the MHA). Some parts need improvements, such as the shower and the guide which should be less generic and more specific to each type of vehicle. I would have rated the company with a 4 or 5 if we had not faced an incident the last day. We forgot our two pairs of sunglasses in one box below the dvd player of the motorhome. We called two hours after leaving Canada dream Montréal and the personal checked but they were unable to find them. Strange feeling as we thought that Canada was a safe and trustworthy country.

We are so sorry that we were unable to locate your sunglasses when you called. When we find items left behind by Guests we make every attempt to contact them to try to reunite them with their items, but we can only do this if we find them. If we do find them, we have a note you enquired about them and we will contact you for instructions. All unclaimed items found in our RVs are kept for six months and then disposed of. We are happy to learn that you had an overall good experience and thank you for being our Guests.
