Friendly staff. Did a good job.

Purchased a new hot tub lid, expensive item to purchase, it was delayed, quite a lot, however, I was kept informed and offered a refund or to wait, chose to wait and it arrived as advised - great customer experience - my expectations were perfectly managed. Couldn't fault it.

We had our Spa cleaned as we do every year, Canadian Spa send out a contractor, as they do every year. This year we had Hot Tub Response. They left our hot tub in a state. There was a layer of chlorine crystals stuck to the base of the tub, like he'd dumped a load in didn't turn it on. We then were told we need to replace the Ozone something or other, £178 later, no idea if that was true. And finally they broke two of the clips holding the lid on around the back, which we found when we were turning if off for our holiday. The only response from Canadian Spa was, it was lime scale. We've had it cleaned 5/6 times and it's never done that, we cleaned if after at an additional cost and it's never come back.. Lazy, cheap services. never to be used again.

Issue not resolved completely & took 10 days for an engineer to arrive. No flow between company & electrical repair company ie dates not shared of availability

Steve arrived at the time he said, to fit a new pump took a lot of faffing about, engineers don't design and build with repairs in mind so it took a while with skinned fingers,and choice word's, but Steve achieved a difficult job, hot tub is now up and running again so very pleased

Purchased some replacement jets for our Vancouver hot tub. Canadian Spa posted them out immediately and they were well packaged and delivered following day. First class service
