The tent is great, but the customer service is even better. Had a tent pole break and they were very helpful and fast at helping me get a new replacement.

It's perfect for my family of five. Lots of room ,lots of windows ,good ventilation.

We are loving this tent. The attention to detail is so awesome. It has pockets inside for you to store things. It has a circle hook in the ceiling to hang a lantern. It has an electrical cord spot that is aligned perfectly with a Velcro attachment and J-hook, so that you can secure the electrical cord as it runs up the pole and into the tiny Velcro pocket (fully covered for protection).

It’s huge and we laughed because on the outside it looks small. It reminds us of those old looney toon cartoons where there would be a tent in the desert and when they walked into the tent it was like a full circus or hotel. This tent is like that.

After spending a full day in it, I left it up over night in the yard. My husband forgot to turn off the SPRINKLERS!!! It was getting sprayed point blank with jets that I swear peel your skin off. I woke up and thought the tent would surely be full of water because nothing that thin can really be water proof to that kind of pressure. Well... it was dry!

Easy to assemble and disassemble, sturdy, roomy, and well-made! We’re so happy with this tent. We have a large backyard and our kids are always wanting to create forts... we decided to surprise them by getting this tent for them to play in. We were hoping to find something with easy instructions and minimal work to set up and also put away and this tent does just that! We had it set up in our backyard for a week and the kids played in it and read books, and just had fun! Assembly really does take just a few minutes (less than 10) and putting it all away is less than that. Overall, we’re happy and have no complaints.
