Fast delivery, Quality products

Not following up on return policy

Bought a gun-carry backpack product from them that did not work, for me. I followed process as directed on website for return and have been getting the run-around for a month!!! Every reply to my inquiry for return slip is the same...

seat back gun organizers

Recently purchased the seat back gun organizers. From shipping to quality and ease of installation were above and beyond any expectations. The functionality of the organizers is amazing. I thought I’d just have them in for calling contes, however they have become a permanent fixture.

SCAM

This company is a scam. Still waiting on my order. The tracking information is invalid and doesn't exist. I inquired with the company by email their response was "in transit" still without providing any tracking information. There is no location of even showing it was "shipped." I filed a dispute with PayPal as well. Don't waste your money.

i received my bags very quickly

i received my bags very quickly, everything was as good of quality as advertised. excellent value for the price point, worth twice what i payed for mine.... i may be buying a second to use as a gift thats how pleased i am with mine !

Frauds

Paid $150 for gear, haven’t received it, customer service was laughably incompetent. They say they’re American but it’s clearly either Malaysians, bots, or Malaysian bots. Ordered December 1, 3-7 days shipping quoted, some random Chinese shipper I’ve never heard of allegedly attempted delivery on Christmas Eve, then 10:30pm on 12/26. Nobody reached out, this was all me trying to track it. Dead ends on trying to find an human to deal with on either the shipper or Skullvibe. Don’t give them a penny.

Exactly what K needed, in usefulness and durability

I love it. My wife got it got me for Christmas. Looks great in the truck. I’ll load the bags here in a few days. Going to be a great addition to my truck.
We travel a lot and there are so many ways this will help us travel ready, organized, and even safer. I’m considering getting another one for the back of the passenger seat too.
Very well made easy to install. The camo design goes well with the interior of my truck.

I’d give zero stars if I could

If I could give this company zero stars I would, after FIFTEEN emails back and forth over the course of the 3 weeks following them delivering my order a week late, I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a refund after they stated 3 times that they would be sending me a return shipping label, and a refund, and never sent it.

Terrible company that tried to STEAL MY MONEY

TLDR: Skullvibe is terrible in every aspect a company can be terrible at. Savior Equipment is a better alternative.

Full story:
So, to start. I heard really good things about this company and their products so I decided to buy one of their SV Pro double rifle bags. Of course I got the order confirmation via email, but then one week went by without a shipping confirmation. It was the holiday season, so this wasn't unusual, but their website says if 7 days go by with no updates then you should contact them just to be safe, which I did.

First off, they have 3 different contact emails, two of them went completely ignored, the third one got a response and it was a generic "I'll look into it and get back to you" type of response. Three days went by without 'getting back to me' so I contacted them again and got the same generic response. This happened a total of three times over the course of two weeks.

Mind you, I'm not expecting them to magically teleport this thing to my front door, I just want an update. I'm looking for "Sorry, we're backed up so it might take longer" or " My apologies, the holiday season has got us overwhelmed" I would be totally fine with anything like that. But no, generic responses the entire time, to the point I'm not even sure if I'm talking to an actual person.

After the third time of not getting a real response, I told them to forget it, even if the product was great I don't want anything to do with this company. So I told them to just give me a refund. I got yet the same generic "Sorry to hear that, I'll check on it and get back to you". I waited a couple days, no refund, so I contacted them again to ask what was the status of my refund. I bet you can guess what the response was. "I'll look into it and get back to you".

At this point I was fed up and told them, "If I don't have my money back by the end of the week I'm taking it up with my bank." (for those who don't know, this is a big deal if the bank agrees with you, the bank basically takes the money back from the business AND the business has to pay a lot of fees, plus if it happens enough times they can actually get shut down). Well, that email went completely unanswered, in fact I never heard from them again from this point.

The bank completely agreed with me and thankfully I got my money back. But the story doesn't even end there.

A few days later I come to find out that the product I tried to buy (along with several other products) was completely copied from another company, Savior Equipment. The SV pro Rifle Bag was almost a 1 for 1 copy of Savior Equipments Urban Warfare Bag. And the SV pro Rifle Bag V2 is almost a complete copy of the American Classic Rifle Bag.

So I bought a rifle bag from Savior Equipment, and sure enough, it was exactly what I thought the Skullvibe bag would be.

Then I started looking up reviews and comparisons and come to find out that even though the two companies price their products around the same, Skullvibe products are of a much lower quality. This is mainly due to the fact that Skullvibe constantly changes where they source their materials from to prioritize being cheap (even though, as I said, the two are similarly priced). This ultimately results in a complete roll of the dice as to your product being good quality, mediocre quality, or complete garbage.

In summary, don't bother with Skullvibe. Buy from Savior Equipment instead.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still…

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still nothing. They are next to impossible to get ahold. I was informed the product was shipping a few days ago, when i finally did get a hold of someone. Yet still nothing. No tracking or anything. So I have called, messaged and sent an email to just cancel the order and refund the money. Still no response. I would not recommend this company.

Great experience with the company

Great experience with the company. Easy purchase. My item was shipped and received within a week. I thought I was going to have issues as I did not get an update on the shipping or when it was shipped. The confirmation email said the shipping info would be sent to me once it was, in fact, shipped. After the 2-5 day period I still heard nothing so I went to the website and through the internal chat initiated a chat. I received an immediate response. The person I chatted with looked into the situation immediately and found that the package had been delivered that day to the front desk. The only negative was the shipping communication, but that alone was not worth any negative point of deduction due to the promptness of the chat through the website. Not to mention the product was spot on what I ordered and i have no complaints on the product itself either. It was also nice that I bought something online and it wasn't from China. So SkullVibe gets 5 stars from me. I will have no issue ordering again.
