Excellent customer service, enquired about a starlink remote prior to purchase and got a reply within 20 min, once purchased it was a seamless process and delivered the next day, product worked as intended and would absolutely buy from these guys again.

I Bought version 1 of the Anderson plug 12v step up to 30v for Starlink Mini.
Product was great. It died. I took photo of mounting and was under warranty with in 24 hours shipped new version out. Great customer service along with no issues whatsoever doing the right thing. Got the new version in the middle of outback NSW I’d give 12 stars if the system allowed me.

I have purchased a few things from Campervan Builders and both times it was easy to order and quick deliveries. I then lost one of my items, which I need when we are in remote areas as we are travelling. I emailed to ask if another one could be sent to a caravan park where we will be heading to next and this was not a problem. In fact, dealt with on a Sunday evening, they didn’t wait until the start of the working week. Amazing promptness.
On top of that, I was given a discount (even though it was my fault for losing the adapter and not theirs). The item is now on its way to the caravan park and will probably arrive before me!! This is exactly how a business should be run and will be my go to for all future needs. 100% recommend, for quality, speed and amazing service (and I’m not related or even know the owners/employees of this company). Great work guys 😊

I had a faulty Starlink Mini 12V Plug and Play Socket and they replaced it within a few days along with a bag of lollies.

We purchased a magnet frame to hold our Starlink Mini. Fast delivery quality product and a free prezzie that made my day.

Ordered just after xmas, they sent it same day and I got it just after new years so postage and handling time is excellent. Alot of their stuff is from temu so if you arent in a hurry, save some coin and buy there but in saying that, its all good quality products and equipment and im sure they wouldnt sell it if it were no good.

On our way round Oz anti clockwise and in Melbourne at the moment. I am looking for some Starlink 12v power and actual starlink cabling too. Emailed campervanbuilders re delivery, as it is nearing Christmas re, how long will it take and some technical queries. Next day, was the reply, for delivery, and the technical issues were clarified.
So i put the order in Monday before 3pm as that was the time-limit for next day delivery.
Next day, Tuesday afternoon the postie arrived on his motorbike with my 2 items.
Excellent service from people that delivered as promised.
