Amazing products and super fast delivery especially with everything that is currently going on. Definitely recommend on my experience.

Really unhappy with the customer service. Placed an order on 21 March and over three weeks have passed with no shipment. Contacted the company and was given a line that the order was not properly transferred to the warehouse. Another week passes. I needed the products urgently so managed to find them somewhere else and have already received them, so I contact Cam Cam to have my order cancelled since it still hadn’t shipped...still waiting for a reply.
Update: I have been refunded for my cancelled order. Hopefully they will sort out their logistical issues as they do have lovely products and I would like to be able to order from them in the future.

I was so disappointed! I prefer something and then got a warning email it might be delayed. So I called them to ask them to assure me it would be delivered by my daughters birthday - which target assured me it would. And then the day before they told me that it would be delayed and told me to have a nice day! I let them know how disappointed I was given it was too late to buy the product elsewhere in time and to tell me what the delay would be etc and they have ignored emails ever since! It’s an incredibly amateur set up and I am shocked. I don’t think you should be allowed to trade if you cannot fulfil your orders regardless of the excuses.

The Company writes that they take responsibility for the environment and for our children. However, after ordering and receiving the products from this summer sale I looked on their webpage and discovered that they had been reduced in price even more the day I receive my products. I call customer service and ask if I can get the difference credited and use the money to buy something else or if I really had to return the items to then order them again to get the additional discount. I was told that I had to send it back and reorder. Really poor service and how is that being a sustainable company that takes responsibility for the environment??? I’m amazed how so many companies misuse this word “sustainability” when they in fact are not! Will not shop be a repeat customer that’s for sure!

We really appreciated CamCam Copenhagen's service when we had an issue with a product. They responded very quickly to our communication and helped us out very nicely in the end.

I wish you could take your customer service seriously as well!
Your textiles can’t be washed as they shrink more than 3%, compare to what you state on the textile label!
I got a crib bumper in Baptist present for my son and after one and a half year I decided to wash it. After washing it became HALF METER SHORTER! Never has experience such a BAD Quality! I was very happy for my sons baptism present but now it’s useless.
I have contacted Camcam customer service and explained the situation and pointed that I cannot get a receipt as it’s a present and people don’t keep receipts after they gave a present.
However the customer service cannot help me!
What a bad experience!
They will rather have unhappy customer than to send a new item and apology for a bad quality and a wrong stated information on the label!

Found your bed linens years ago and love them! So glad you've expanded your product selection. Every time I travel back to the US, I have family asking me to bring something from Cam Cam.
