fast shipping and amazing experience
Shipping was fast and all my items were packaged well enough nothing got damaged or moved around the box. My elbow and knee pads were just right fitting wise and my helmet was PERFECT! I’m so excited about my items!

Lied about shipment
They sent an email pretending they had shipped the bike (they hadn't), failed to respond to the followup email to customer support a week later for a week asking for a tracking number when it didn't arrive within the expected window, then lied the week after that in the real-time support chat, only indirectly admitting there had been no shipment after being pressed for further answers. They did eventually cancel the order and refund my card, which is the literal bare minimum to not be an outright illegal operation. No stars.
