I LOVE MY CALLIXE ORIGINAL THERA PILLOW!!
I have been experiencing a very stiff neck on my right side for almost three months each morning when I woke up and it hurt for a good part of each day. I had enough of it and began looking online for a pillow made specifically for my symptoms and saw the CALLIXE website. I purchased the original Thera pillow that has heat and massage available if one chooses to use either/or and don’t mind telling you that after my first night of use my neck no longer hurt. ONE USE!! 😊

I really have to get to know the equipment. I like it so far but it’s gonna take a little more time for me. to really say that if I really really like it or if it’s just OK. but so far I like it. I wish I had a wider one to go around my shoulders because that’s where I get most of my problems with that an the back of my neck, but so far is pretty good

I'm very much enjoying the massager I bought. I wish when selecting the manual mode I could choose more than one option at a time. I'd love to just have heat and massage together and only do the traction one now and then.
It's very relaxing and I've been using it every day.

Good for loosening tight muscles
I like this pillow it loosens out my shoulders, although the heat is a little strong for me. The customer service is excellent and they gave me ways to use the pillow to be able to handle the heat. Just simply put a thin towel between your neck and the pillow.
Overall, I like this pillow a lot, especially for my “tech neck”!

Hits all the right spots
I have chronic neck pain from facet joint syndrome. This is the only device that works on the neck without my having to manipulate it in someway, so I can just lay back and relax. If I had one suggestion for the company it would be to have a choice of heat levels.

I love my Callixe neck massager! It feels amazing on my neck and really helps stretch it out after a long day. The design makes it easy to use, and it gives just the right amount of pressure. Outstanding customer service
To pay for my order I used PayPal which automatically used an old address and I did not catch it. By the time I noticed my product had already shipped. I had difficulty contacting the carrier to change the address and the product was delivered 200 miles from where I currently live. I did not know the current resident and so had no way to correct the situation. After sharing this with Callixe they decided to reship new product to me at my correct address.
