Great experience

Great experience. The product is as it looks. Only thing I would suggest is it came with a usb port but no plug to attach to outlet.

Orange skin color on picture on the ornament

For this order we had a blanket and an ornament. The blanket is great and will make a great gift. However the ornament is not great quality, the picture is blurry and the coloring is really off. The picture was of people and the skin color is really orange. ON the other hand the time between ordering and receiving was quite timely.

I have written 3 letters now and you still aren't addressing my complaint. I order a full name in bubble letters for my granddaughter her name is Penelope and it was in pink brit they only sent one letter. I want your company to either refund or send the full name to her right away..
