DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered this and didn’t receive any shipping notification for weeks. I emailed to cancel my order and was asked to change size as the size I ordered is out of stock. I again asked to cancel my order and got a message saying they will forward to the right department. Nothing for a week. Again I emailed demanding a refund and again got an email asking for me to choose another size. This is a scam. I doubt I will get my money back.

First, they told me that they didn't have the kimono I ordered. Then, they ran around in circles in order not to refund the money. Finally, they told me they have shipped the kimono. I received it yesterday: IT'S NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOGRAPH! WORST QUALITY EVER! THEY SENT A 1USD ITEM, BUT CHARGED 50 INSTEAD!

This site is a scam. I ordered 2 garments in November. After a long delay, I wrote to customer service and asked where they were. A few days later, I received a response saying they were custom made and therefore there was a delay. Eventually. One item was shipped. It arrived a smelled really bad and was REALLY cheap, nasty material. I waited for the other and a few more weeks went by. I wrote to customer service again and told them the delay was unacceptable, that the first garment was terrible quality, and to cancel the other item as it shouldn't take this long. I told them I wanted a refund to my credit card. It took a couple of says for them to reply, and the wrote saying that would give me a credit voucher for 30% of my order price to use on their site. I replied saying no, I want a refund on my payment card. They replied saying they needed to "investigate the complaint" and would contact me shortly. A week has gone by, and I've emailed again to demand a response.
This site is a scam. You will either not receive anything of quality, or receive anything at all. You certainly won't see your money back as a refund. Their social media ads are clickbait. Avoid. I wouldn't even give them 1*, but 0 stars isn't an option.

Unfortunately I read the reviews after I'd bought one of the duster jackets. I wanted it long and big so ordered XL - it barely meets in the middle and only comes down to just below my hips. I cant believe I paid nearly £40 for it. Its thin and poor quality. I have given up getting my money back so all I can say is do NOT buy one of these jackets.

I paid for two garments 15 days ago and have not been told when it will be delivered. I only hope I get my money back.

Duster coat was not what was advertised- not lined as in the photo, the 'lining' was printed on the back of the fabric. Terrible quality- if I'd bought it for $2 for a kids fancy dress it would have been ok. The velvet was supposed to be green- you could see white under the green, very badly dyed. Won't refund, keep offering credits. Total scam. Beware and don't get taken in.

There are dishcloths that are better put together, the quality of this Duster coat is awful. Material quality and lining indescribably bad. Stitching white and coming through material, 2xl a size -0.
Please do not waste your money. False advertising and a scam

I had to ask for a tracking update which was promptly followed up on. I received one of the garments that I had ordered. It is in wearable! I would not wear it around the house. Poor quality construction, sizing is out. If that isn’t enough the fabric was cut upside down. So the nap of the velvet runs up the body which makes the whole garment unwearable. Very disappointed. Do not order from these people.

I bought a sparkly pink jacket from Call Fancy that looked super cute on the website. When I received it, I was horrified at the quality of the jacket. It was so flimsy, the material was really hard and harsh and there was no shape to the jacket and is was really wrinkled. It just looked absolutely terrible. I have bought my children dress up costumes from KMart that were better quality. It just screamed CHEAP, which is fine if it was cheap but it cost me over
$50AUD. On top of this, they sent me out the incorrect size, it wasn't a size or two, it was about 5 sizes too small. I contacted customer service and relayed my concerns. They said because I didn't like the jacket, I would have to send it back to them in China, pay the cost and it would take a long time for them to receive it. Instead, they made an offer that I keep the jacket and they would give me 30% off my next purchase. I wrote back and said although I was thankful for their offer, regardless of the poor quality of the garment, it didn't come close to fitting me so I couldn't wear it even if I wanted to and it was their responsibility to fix the problem. Mind you, I would never spend another cent with this company again. This was about 6-8 weeks ago and I message every couple of weeks and they just fob me off that they are waiting for the financial controller.
PLEASE GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE TERRIBLE JACKET THAT IS 5 SIZES TOO SMALL!!!!

I ordered a robe that was supposed to be good quality, long and fancy. It took about a month to arrive. The quality is like a gag gift. It’s extremely flammable, itchy & see-through polyester. The supposedly deep pockets are squares of fabric pasted to the front. Totally unwearable and useless garbage. Honestly not even useful as a cleaning cloth, it’s barely fabric at all. I immediately & repeatedly contacted the company for return/refund per their return instructions. They have spent another month ignoring me and/or offering 20% off my next purchase instead No thanks. Will never buy from this company again. You shouldn’t either. Honestly cannot stress what a joke this experience has been, dont waste your money.

Do not order from this company! I ordered on 11/3. I sent a message on 11/13 following up my order and was told my order was in production. And on 11/24 they told me my items were sold out. Absolutely horrible business practice and scamming. I will be reporting this business to multiple US agencies.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?? I thought that I had found a site which provided styles that suit me… WRONG!! Fortunately, I only ordered 2 dresses. Neither were what was expected. One was TOTALLY different to that shown and sizing was …well, it wasn’t. The other had no side seams. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. UNABLE RATE .

The product is described as velvet. It is cheap velour that is so thin I thought it was a scarf. Product is not as described. So embarrassing that I threw it into the kids costume pile. Same quality as Halloween store.

I had a good laugh when I opened my "white" "woolen" fancy hooded jacket. It's not at all like pictured. First, is ivory not white. Then it looks like a 5 th grader sewed it then I ordered up a size as suggested and the XL was tight in the shoulder and not an accurate size. I suggest going up 2 sizes. It wasn't cheaply priced either. It was $42 and texture is like felt not nice Wool. The return policy is 14 days after ordering it only. Well it took longer than 14 days to receive it from China. Buyer beware

I can’t believe I fell for this company’s website. Awful item - badly made, cheap, wrong size. Somewhere on the website it referred to UK supplied. It came from China and has to be returned to China. Do not buy from them - you will be disappointed

Do not buy from this sh!tshow company. I received a navy duster coat it’s tacky and cheap and no way to return it. Stay clear of this scam.

I’ve ordered from them, before I saw the reviews. I’ve not yet received my order. This is a ripoff company that needs to be reported and kicked off the net!
