Callfancy 

I onlybreceived 3 of four items ordered and when I asked when I could expect the fourth item , I received several emails, each to a prompt from me, which culminated in them now saying the item was shipped with the other items. These people are scammers. Do not buy from them.

I have repeatedly asked for a refund on the kimono that was never delivered and repeatedly told that they’re trying, but are having financial difficulty so they cannot refund me. Please see correspondence below.

It is a SCAM for sure.
My order was a full two months ago and it says it hasn't even shipped yet.
I also asked for a refund and someone with poor English replied to me and we had a back and forth for 5 or so times with no action taken. Now, they literally just flat out do not reply to my emails. They are most definitely a scam and I am looking into every way of reporting their website.

This company needs to be shut down,
I ordered online at the beginning of April. When I contacted them 3weeks later to ask where my items were they said that it can take 15-24 working days to dispatch at the items needed to be made.
I emailed again after that time period and they said half the order was ready and they dispatched it. I received the item and it was extremely poor quality and did not look like the item I had ordered.
Another month on and the second half if the order not dispatched. This time I have been offered a replacement item as the item is “out of stock” despite the fact I was told it was being made previously, hence the delay.

I found the customer service team polite and efficient yet full of empty promises.

I found Calfence and placed an order with this store in February. Now it’s almost July, and I still haven’t received anything. It was a large purchase, and I spent a lot of money. I have written to them several times, and received rude responses, saying that the product is already shipping. I keep wondering, what kind of shipping is this, by ship? Boat? Rowing? Because my order has never arrived. They don't respond to me anymore, and I find this whole situation an affront, a theft. This company is not trustworthy. Do not buy from them!!!!

Not happy with this site. The dresses I received were not the style as shown, skimping in fabric and badly sewn. 4 months later still waiting on an item.

Still waiting for the jacket I ordered ....response to my inquiry was "A little production cycle is required". As if they're custom made. Will ask PayPal to process a refund.

This is a scam site - do not use. The items are not those advertised and they do not refund - just a series of weird messages about needed a superior to check the refund request.

A very bad experience buying from this company, totally unacceptable! After 5 months, I still waiting for the money refund since the product that they sent to me, is totally different in quality and design that the one they advertise in the website. Please, report to stop them making money cheating people!

Haven’t the energy to detail my experience with this company, but identical to everyone else’s. Total scam, no product, no refund despite multiple requests, still bombarding me with marketing emails. Why can’t the authorities shut these scammers down? The evidence is overwhelming.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I was scammed. I purchased way back in January, still nothing to be seen! Was NEVER delivered. They will NEVER give you a refund, they ask for you to pay an extra $45 more. Completely unacceptable and against the Australian Consumer Rights. I’ll never see it again so do yourself a favour, REPORT REPORT REPORT!!!

ordered 4 items, 2 arrived and looked like a dog's breakfast, other 2 never arrived and never got refunded. the communication is hopeless

FB is so keen on filtering out news stories that are old but completely OK taking money from a completely sham/scam company to rip off customers. I never received my items, over 6 weeks ago ZERO communication. NO refund. Run from this company.

Terrible! The material is no velvet but an almost see through bad quality dust cloth, the colors are nothing like the picture and they DO NOT accept returns or make refunds! Scam, spam, stay away. I did not read any reviews before ordering. Not worth even 2€. Dirty business practices. The sites should not allow them to advertise.

Absolutely disappointed. I bought this for a birthday gift and was literally too embarrassed to give it to her. The material is fuzzy and extremely cheap looking. The inside was nice but it’s overall very ugly. The price should have been my first clue but sometimes you never know with these websites. It also took almost an entire month to arrive.

I ordered 3 pieces. The velvet coat can only be used as a bathrobe. One of the kimono coats arrived in terrible condition. They did such a poor job of dying it there are many places with undyed fabric. Not wearable. I have written twice and get the same response as others: they are very busy and will review my pictures when they have time. Of course this never happened. I am stuck with bad quality and unwearable merchandise.
