We have recently bought our new home through Cala Homes Jackton, and our experience has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The whole process felt smooth, well-organised, and far less stressful than we expected.

Sarah, Neil and Laurence have been exceptional throughout. They were always professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful, keeping us informed at every stage. No question was ever too much trouble, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the entire journey feel straightforward and manageable.

Their communication was excellent, and they genuinely made us feel supported and valued as buyers.

We are so grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Cala Homes Jackton to anyone looking to buy a new home.

I’d like to highlight the service we have received from the sales team at Cedar Brae in Jackton, especially Sarah. We had already viewed the show homes there and were looking for more information on the properties available. Sarah was helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with and all the team were so friendly.

We have decided to buy our new home at Cornhill Village in Hamilton, and the single biggest reason for that decision has been the absolutely fantastic customer service we’ve received from both Fraz and Carol. From our very first visit to the development, right through to the reservation process, the experience has been outstanding.

At no point did we feel unsure or uninformed — every step was explained clearly, every question answered, and we were given all the insight we needed to make a confident decision. Both Fraz and Carol listened carefully to exactly what we wanted in terms of the house and the plot, and they absolutely delivered — ticking every single box without any compromise. Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting it right for us made all the difference.

We’ve chosen the Logan house type, and even though there isn’t a show home of that style available, Fraz and Carol went out of their way to walk us through a similar plot so we could really visualise the space. That level of effort made a huge difference and helped us feel completely comfortable with our choice.

The option of Part Exchange has also taken the stress of selling out of the equation entirely, which has made the whole process feel even more seamless and reassuring.

We’re massively looking forward to moving into our new home and to the exciting stage of choosing all our options. I can honestly say we wouldn’t have progressed this far if it hadn’t been for Fraz and Carol. They are an absolute credit to CALA Homes, and they’ve made what could have been a stressful process feel genuinely enjoyable.

I am currently buying a new home with Cala Homes, and the experience so far has been nothing short of perfect. A huge part of that is thanks to Rossana, who has been absolutely incredible throughout.
It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and dedication. Our overall experience till now is exciting & reassuring.

Cala at Bucklers Park. Absolutely shocking… two leaks in 6 months. Kitchen unusable, first leak happened 1 month after moving in and remedial works still not completed. Don’t bother chasing as you won’t get a response for a week.

Couldn’t do more for you before you move in and with the first couple of weeks but as soon as you are passed over to the office. Game over.

Then you raise your concerns which aren’t taken seriously at all, they don’t even listen to what you have to say and respond back with the exact same emails, refuse to give you any form of complaints procedure.

We went with them as we thought the brand had a good reputation but nothing but poor quality homes with what their own contractors admitted as not fit for purpose installations. Cheap and quick.

Our neighbours are also experiencing the same. Do not make the mistake of buying and don’t think that customer services will help either…

We reserved our first home via Rossana from Cala Homes team at Aurs Meadows, Barrhead, few weeks ago and she and the Cala team have been absolute stars.

We have been kept up to date with the progress and Rossana has very patiently answered all our questions and has always gone an extra mile with every aspect of the experience! Looking forward to moving in soon.

I recently noticed a problem with our loft insulation and, despite being over our 2 year snagging timeline, I flagged this to Cala Customer Services. Their response was excellent and they organised Tomasz to call round today to resolve the issue. He was fantastic, arrived at 9am and was polite and was clear about the fix required. I expected it might take an hour but Tomasz spent several hours here not only sorting out the problem I had flagged, but working his way through the entire loft to ensure everything has triple layers of insulation. It does suggest the initial build had not been checked, but Customer Services and Tomasz provided an really great service today. Dust sheets were used and Tomasz cleaned up very thoroughly at the end - you'll be really pleased if he is allocated to your work.

George was a very skilled and professional painter. He did an excellent job very pleased.
He went over and above what would be expected of him.

I had George and Neil from Cala Homes for internal decoration after we had a leak from the velux window. They sealed the watermark stains and painted over it. Brilliant finish. They are friendly approachable and did an amazing job !! Thanks

Maria and Sophie were extremely helpful and made the process very straightforward. Verry responsive. We looked at other developers but we were impressed by the high quality specification and layout of the Cala Homes.

We've been living in our gorgeous new build Cala Home at Wintringham (St Neots) for just over 2 yrs and we've had a really brilliant experience. Most recently we had some final snagging items to wrap up and Marius was the contractor that Cala sent out and he was excellent - friendly & professional and did an absolutely fantastic job and left the place spotlessly clean afterwards too. Marius replaced some tiles that had cracked in our main ensuite and filled & painted where we'd previously had holes drilled in the ceiling in a few places (to stop some creaking in the floors - which worked) . Cala have been brilliant throughout and we're so pleased with our lovely forever home!

Rob Sutherland was fantastic! I can’t fault his professionalism and expertise. He made me feel heard about my problems and tried to solve them as best he could. He gave me advice on other things that I need to sort out. The job he came todo was completed satisfactorily and I can’t thank him enough for his hard work and determination.

Aftercare of my property was exceptional.

We are due to move into our new Cala home at Aurs Meadows next week. We are very excited!! Our experience has been excellent so far.

Rosanne has been our main contact throughout the process with this property, and has been absolutely fantastic – always helpful, responsive, and going above and beyond to support us. The entire team at Cala has been wonderful to work with, making what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.

We also met with Ian on Friday for a walk-through of the property, which was really helpful and informative. The level of care and attention from everyone involved has been outstanding.

Cala have been excellent at finding us the right home and providing support every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new build.

The aftercare I have received from Cala customer service has been exceptional. The team especially Kerry A and all the contractors they use have been second to none. Special mention to Ed B who has provided excellent service and extremely professional. I couldn’t I have asked for anything better, would highly recommend buying a new build.

Second visit today to Cala Homes Ingatestone. The sales team, Paul and Karen, were brilliant and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. They had lots of good advice and made the experience feel really special.
