Ordered 2 cakes for my Dad's 83rd birthday celebration - one vegan for my daughter and her family and one cream... I thought I was ordering direct from the local shop in Rayners Lane but it appears it came from head office.
Problem 1: the Cream (non-vegan) cake was warm on arrival and the Happy Birthday icing had melted...
Problem 2: Had ordered blue 8 & 3 candles - got multi-coloured ones which I could have bought in a shop 10 yards from my house which are cheaper there but wanted the blue ones
Problem 3: Ordered hellium balloons - an 8 & a 3... they were 'wilting' and within an hour the 8 was completely deflated...
So no - will not order from the website again... I will deal direct with the local shop if at all as parking is challenging near them hence wanting home delivery

Worst company ever dealt with! Ordered a cake for same day placed the order paid for it then received a message within 10 minutes saying the chef had to deal with an emergency so had to leave the store I could get a full refund or collect from another store which was not possible for me to do which I then said yes to the refund. Its been over 3 weeks after numerous messages calls I had to go through my bank to get my money back! No one dealt with this they would not even answer the phone to me or reply back to my messages.

From start to finish staff were very helpful and patient. On collection it was fast and smooth. Overall it was very pleasant experience and 2nd order and many more to come.

Very disappointed . I ordered mango flavour , but it hardly tasted anything like mango and the guests disapproved . Will never order again.

I have given. 4 star because we bought another small vanilla cake while collecting the order and that was awful. The sponge was hard, the cream was heavy and it tasted stale. We had to bin it

Delicious cakes, fresh bakes, and a cozy vibe! The quality is consistently great, and everything tastes homemade with love. Highly recommend for birthdays, celebrations, or just a sweet treat! Especially the staff shadmhan and Rajvir Singh are friendly.

Ordered cakes via the online ordering system and what a wonderful experience...right from the detailing of takingbthe order, to the bespoke design, the discounts given before hand, information on food allergens, ti the ETA on Delivery...all extremely seamless and beautifully coordinated. Always order from C&B as our whole family just lives their cakes!!
