Customer Service for the Win
This is our second time ordering from CA Glasses. The quality of the glasses is very good. We needed a new prescription because the prescription changed. The customer service was helpful despite a shipping issue, and text customer service was particularly helpful in diagnosing a problem with the prescription. Sadly our doctor had written the prescription wrong so the glasses had to be made again, but the attention to detail in trouble shooting the problem was very comforting. We recommend CA Glasses!

3 months still no glasses or refund
I ordered prescription shooting glasses on September 5tth, it is now November 25th and I still have not seen any glasses. The first order was delayed (eventually lost) due to postage assessment. I was told they would make a new pair, from what I can tell the lab never heard of it. I finally asked for a refund, still waiting for that after two weeks. Support is horrible. Apparently this review worked, I now have my refund.

Great support start to finish
This was the first time I bought glasses online. The lenses were spot on for my prescription but the frames were not a good fit. I reached out to customer support and CA Glasses went above and beyond to get me in the right pair of glasses. Very informative and professional customer support.

CaGlasses Excel customer service and glasses
Leah was very helpful in correcting the defective glasses I received and offered to replace free of charge. I like the fact that when you call they are there to answer and also respond to emails quickly. The glasses I received fit perfectly and were exactly what I ordered. There is a lot of frame options online and once I received my first pair and they didn’t fit, I contacted customer service through email and they help me pick out the right frames for when I play airsoft and ordered them for me as well. Amazing customer service!

Quality product and excellent support. Initially had a bit of a glitch, but Kelly in customer service took care of it promptly and everything was resolved. I would prefer to see a faster turnaround but it is stated up front on their website so I can't complain.

Had a little mishap in the delivery
Had a little mishap in the delivery, that was not their error. Bria addressed the issue immediately. She was communicating with me daily trying to rectify the situation. She was professional, courteous, and the issue was resolved. I’m am going to purchase another pair of glasses asap.
