I had breast surgery just under two weeks ago and I’m so happy with the result. Dr Chris Davis has done such a good job, he listened to what I wanted throughout and my breast have come out much better than I expected. I would give him more than 5 stars if that was an option. Also all the staff at the hospital were amazing and calmed my extreme anxiety. They made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout.

He really listened to the results I wanted to achieve, and the consultation was realistic and reassuring. He made me feel at ease and answered all my questions thoroughly. I am a disabled person, I selected the Cadogan clinic based on their reviews and assurances that I would be safe.
On 6th August 2025, I consented to 360 lipo with fat transfer to buttocks and hip-dips at the Cadogan clinic.
I paid £15,500, let them put me under general anaesthetic, and woke up having being given the wrong surgery.
Mr Tillo injected fat into my upper hips, which was NOT the operation I consented to, and even worse: it was expressly the result I BEGGED to ensure they would avoid. I appreciated this was a potential risk when asking for a fat transfer to my hip *dips*- so I made this crystal clear in writing and verbally during two consultations.
Im devastated this happened, but I was reasonable about it - human beings working on the human body, things wont always go perfectly. I accepted I'd need revision surgery, but I was horrified to be gaslit by Mr Tillo who told me he did not inject fat into my upper hips - despite there being numerous photos of between 2-4 surgical access marks where the fat was injected on each side. It’s completely changed the shape of my torso, and it’s visibly uneven. My tattoos sit differently. One side of my waist is now *considerably* higher than the other, my torso is thicker and the narrowest part of my waist is higher overall. My waist used to start widening below my navel, now it is above it. This is fat augmentation. This is NOT “swelling”.
It has been over 50 working business days since I brought the mistake to the clinic in writing. At this point, I still have no reassurance from them that they'll refund me so I can get this fixed elsewhere. At this late stage, it is now impossible to continue to give the clinic the benefit of the doubt, and its now important to me that potential patients are warned.
I have made it very clear how harmful the mental anguish of this limbo period continues to be, and the absolute disregard for my wellbeing is genuinely disappointing.
This is not the service I expected when I first read their reviews and was repeatedly reassured by them, before they had my money.
I would have used a Northern-based clinic for half the price if I thought this was the surgical result or the aftercare that I might receive.

To all the staff who took care of me, from the reception staff to the discharge team and everyone in between. Thank you all so much for looking after me so well. My decision to have breast augmentation was carefully considered over many years. I stumbled upon Cadogan clinic on line and very quickly got drawn in. The practice seemed very gentle and genuine, even though it was virtually - so to speak. Before I knew it Daria was assigned to me. She was superb in her responses even when my questions, may have been somewhat demanding at times. Thank you Daria for your patience and understanding. Daria recommend Mr Sarakbi, and it seems he was the perfect surgeon for me. This is my first cosmetic procedure and although I don’t have another experience to compare it to I would rate Mr Sarakbi 10/10. I felt completely safe and secure in his hands. Thank you Mr Sarakbi, for your expertise and professional charm.

My dermatologist was Dr Alexandra Paolino.I feel that the Dr covered everything, In her examination and very detailed with her explanation regarding my condition. This put me at ease straight away as this was the first time I'd met her.! I've been to the clinic before over a year ago, hence my return. I could go local to where I live (Essex) but once you get the trust of a clinic its best to stick with them. It's not cheap but I'm guessing you get what you pay for. Also a quick service( NHS too slow) I'd highly recommend a visit if your needing the services of Cadogan Clinic.

My experience of this clinic was fantastic. Everyone was lovely – the nurses, the admin team, my anaesthetist, and of course my surgeon Ioannis. The information was clear, and when I had questions or needed help, people were fast & friendly in responding and finding a solution for me.

The procedure itself went SO smoothly – the clinic made my visit so calm, it was less stressful than some regular trips to the doctors! I’m so happy with the results, and my recovery was far, far smoother and easier than what I’d read from others online. This is also such a trans-friendly space: I felt safe, understood, and in very safe hands.

I have been a patient of the Cadogan Clinic for five years, I consult with Dr Nisith Sheth who I find to be an excellent Physician and Mohs surgeon, he is friendly and caring. I have had surgery on three occasions with good results and very minimal scaring.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Lara de Luca , who performed my surgery with the utmost care and professionalism. From our first consultation, she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, with patience and clarity. She also put me at ease during a stressful time, Dr. Lara was attentive, checking in regularly before and after the surgery to ensure I was comfortable and informed. I highly recommend Dr. Lara to anyone seeking a skilled and caring surgeon.

Both Dr Mayou and Zoe were caring, professional and put me at my ease.

I have to honestly say that Dr Nisith Sheth is truly a gifted consultant with excellent surgical skills in the United Kingdom. Above all this he’s a kind and empathetic human being and puts you at ease straight away with his reassuring tone of voice. He doesn’t rush you and had all the time to listen to my concerns and answered the questions in a calm and reassuring manner. It’s very rare to find a dermatologist who is also a surgeon and Dr Sheth ticks all the boxes. Cadogan clinic is extremely lucky to have a genius like Dr Sheth working in their establishment- truly world class. My nurse was excellent too who had excellent communication skills whilst at the same time being empathetic and patient with answering all my questions.

Dr Sheth was exceptional. Very caring and informative. He took a biopsy and identified my problem, was reassuring and gave me a plan of action and his mobile number if I had any queries. Highly recommended
