The delivery was fast and efficient. The printer worked right out of the box. The slicer software does everything I want. The printer seems well made. I feel like I got good value for my money.

I love elegoo filament but got lost .courier said I signed for it but I was not home when delivered.i don't understand stand

Im very disappointed with the CC2. I have lots of problems with it. I have opened a ticket and want a full refund. Too many problems with it. I feel Elegoo push it to the market to fast. I’m very disappointed and will be buying a Bambu.

When placing my order and even on website it stats the company will not deliver to P.O Box…I waited for my delivery which took a little to only be coming from Ontario. My order was delivered to my PO Box. I am thankful the workers know me. They also said it was almost sent back to the company because my P.O. Box was not on it. Product works like it is suppose to.

Got given a Neptune 4 from a neighbor, but it was struggling with some prints, and definitely would have preferred network view and print. So I got the cc2. Ordered Thursday, and was ready to ship Friday. Picked up Sunday, delivered Monday. Super speedy. Once recieved, getting it put together was quite easy, the quick start guide was the majority used.

I've had at least 80hrs of print time on the cc2 so far, and am loving it. The filament switch is fast, and with the camera, I get to check on the print without needing to go check.

The only caveat, is with it being wireless. Unfortunately, using 2.4g is so far the only way to get it to connect to matrix app and network for cloud control. Using 5g throws the sync into a constant "refresh" and won't allow it to connect. No big deal, but it may have been better if ethernet port was still included.

There are some bad quirks with the neptune 4 max in bed knobs but elegoo has helped both times they have shaken loose accused a failure.

Easy to use. Auto leveling is great.

I just purchased the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 to replace my previous printer that died. I wanted an upgrade with the ability to print with CF filaments. Using the Elegoo Slicer with it. I was amazed at how much faster the CC2 is and still prints very good quality! Love the ability to have 4 spools at the same time. So much easer to use!

Printer is great. I still havnt received the resin I ordered, even after letting the company know.

just a great product , my minis come out perfect 99% of the time , only thing I would improve is adding a handle to the build plate so its much easier to take off and put back on without having to use gloves to do so.

Great service, quick shipping, but they could do better on packaging. Tying up boxes of filament with a plastic tie and shipping it as is often damages the boxes or spool. I wish they used boxes. However great product, super cheap.

Order was delivered on time and was correct. The only issue I had was with the PAF replacement film. Why on earth would Elegoo use one coloured protective film and one clear protective film for a clear sheet? I installed the PAF the clear protective film still on and then stated a print job. It was a disaster.

terrible delivery managment. i ordered a printer 11 days ago and still nothing. i keep getting a run around between the delivery service they use and elegoo each saying its the others fault its like a kid got caught and blames his friend. all i wanted was an estemit of delivery and cant even manage that. never again will i order elegoo from there website i advise everyone who reads this avoid it themselfs.

It was easy to order, and I forgot to apply a code at the time, but had that taken care of easily. Delivery made it here on time and in good condition.

I've been a Elegoo filament users for years. Thousands of rolls. Once they switched to mainly cardboard I left..now I use my own rolls on the refills and since doing so my landed costs have dropped, which means profits are. Keep it up kids!!
